Advanced analysis of signals from gait laboratory.
Húsková, Michaela ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Svozilová, Veronika (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is a realization of advanced analysis of signals from gait laboratory. The introductory part deals with the gait cycle and its relation to the joints kinematic is discussed. Additionally, the work is focused on the description of the gait laboratory and the definition of the indexes in order to quantify patient´s overall gait in kinematic analysis. In the practical part, kinematic data analysis was implemented in the MATLAB environment and the results of healthy individuals and patients with cerebral palsy were compared. Kinematic analysis included peak detection in specific kinematic variables. In the last part a graphical user interface for visualization was implemented.
Detection of atrial fibrillation in ECG
Húsková, Michaela ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Maršánová, Lucie (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is description of problems of atrial fibrillation and methods that could be used for detection in the electrocardiogram. The introductory part of the theoretical analysis deals with the principle of electrophysiology of the heart and mainly the pathophysiology of atrial fibrillation. Additionally the work is focused on describing methods on automatic atrial fibrillation detection and capabilities of PhysioNet database. In the practical part methods are implemented in the MATLAB environment. After using the statistics to evaluate the quality of the parameters, the automatic classification of the data was performed by the method of The Nearest Neighbour. Finally, the accuracy of testing is presented.

HUSKOVÁ, Michaela
The bachelor thesis titled "Supplementary pension scheme and pension funds in the Czech Republic" deals with the development of the supplementary pension scheme in the Czech Republic (including the forthcoming changes), classification of pension funds, analysis of their investment orientation and comparison of selected indicators. The theoretical part characterises the development of the supplementary pension scheme, basic terminology related to the superannuation scheme and management of pension funds. The practical part give an overview of pension funds and analyses their investment orientation. It compares the volume of property in the funds and other indicators, which serve for evaluation of the best pension fund. Best ranked pension funds are: Pension fund Česká spořitelna, Allianz pension fund, AXA pension fund and Pension fund Česká pojišťovna.
