Transfer pricing and the Arm's length principle

The Diploma Thesis is devoted to the Transfer pricing problematic, whereby the Transfer Pricing and the Arm's length principle as such are defined, further the Czech and Slovak transfer pricing law is presented and the different transfer pricing together with their possible usage are described. The work is divided into 7 sections, section 1 - 5 is basically a theoretical description of the topics stated above. Section 6 comments the actual situation and development in the transfer pricing area around the world and finally section 7 demonstrates o an example the practical transfer pricing analysis with all its relevant aspects. The aim of the analysis was to present the possible ways of determining the appropriate transfer pricing method and the evaluation of the financial data when applying the selected method. The presented case study was based on an analysis of a group of 3 companies and was in general oriented on two different kinds of transactions. Social and Clinical Pharmacy Department Pharmaceutical Faculty in Hradec Králové The Charles University in Praque, Czech Republic Theme: History and developement of the pharmaceutical service in the cities of Pelhřimov and Humpolec throughout the history. Objective: Survey of the history of pharmacies and pharmacists in two cities of the district of Vysočina - Pelhřimov and Humpolec - since time immemorial to the present. Methods: Processing the historical written recources obtained from the Czech Pharmaceutical Museum in Kuks, Town museum in Pelhřimov, Town library in Pelhřimov, the materials of the district corporation of the pharmacists and interviews with contemporaries. Results: The first pharmacy in this area had been established probably in the 17th century. The first written remarks are evaible from 1873 and they are dřeply wedded with name Jan Křtitel Fried. Until 1918 there are two pharmacies in Pelhřimov and Humpolec, each town had one pharmacy. In the years 1918 to 1948 the next pharmacies - in Pelhřimov "U Slovanské lípy" and in Humpolec "Nová lékárna" - had been opened. Nursing care of the patient with total hip replacement

Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování případové studie u nemocné po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Pacientka podstoupila plánovaný operační zákrok z důvodu primární koxartrózy levého kyčelního kloubu na Ortopedicko-traumatologickém oddělení. Cílem práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče u pacientky po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. V klinické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie kyčelního kloubu a posléze charakteristika totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Stručně je pak vysvětlen způsob ukotvení endoprotézy, druhy používaných implantátů a jejich využití. Klinická část je dále zaměřena na operační výkon a s ním spojené indikace a kontraindikace k provedení náhrady kyčelního kloubu, předoperační příprava včetně epidurální anestezie. Práce se okrajově dotýká tématu revizních operací kyčelních náhrad a seznamuje čtenáře s použitím tzv. miniinvazivní metody při operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Klinickou část uzavírá rehabilitace představující dominantní místo v léčebném procesu totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. V kapitole informace o nemocném je stručné seznámení s pacientem a průběhem jeho hospitalizace na Ortopedickém oddělení. V ošetřovatelské části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces v ošetřovatelském modelu Mmjory Gordon a jeho použití v praxi....

Study of dispersity of nanoemulsive drug carriers

SUMMERY Theoretical part of this work is focused on explanation of such terms like nanoparticules and nanoemulsions and their usage within peroral and topical administration. Next part explains the merit of zeta potential and DLVO theory, which influence the stability of the elements. Off course, also the principle of the measuring of viscosity is mentioned, because viscosity is taken into consideration in case of measuring of the element dispersion. The experimental part is focused on determination of the partije size by photon correlation spectroscopy by temperature of 25řC and 37řC. The measurement was taken in chronological succession to estimate the stability of dispersion system. It was also measured electrokinetic parameter - zeta potential, which plays a fundamental role by keeping the stability of nanoemulsions. It was proved, that the size of the elements gets settled after approx. 1 week, further changes are not so striking anymore, not even by the increase of temperature to 37řC. Since creating the emulsion (approx. 1 week), the major share of the size of particles (about 60-95%) was ranging between 120-175 nm. As well zeta potencial remains in stable range (+2 mV - -0,6 mV) by the increase of temperature to 37řC and adding of three pH highs of buffers. From the gained results we can draw...

Teachers' Code of Ethics

Thesis is focused on problematics of ethical codex of teachers in Czech republic. Target of this work is to get informations about opionions from teachers views from practise related to this topic. The teoretical part describes ethical codexes of helping professions and presents codexes of related disciplines existing abroad in more detail. In the practical part is examined awareness of czech teachers with the help of qualitative research. Qualitative research runs through halfstructurated interviews, when are addressed teachers of basic school in which was determined own codex and the teachers who are not bound by it.

Research of reading abilities of today´s young people at age from 12 to 15

This thesis deals with the research focused on the reading of today´s youthful from Budweis and Prague. The results of this research will be compared and contrast. The research is focused on the motivation of reading (schools and public libraries, recommendation of teachers, support by parents) and on the survey focused on the fact how much is reading occurred in today´s youthful in their free time. The thesis points out the representation of Czech and worldwide literature in reading of today´s youth and explores the genres.

Price map of a commercial lease in Olomouc.

The aim of my thesis is to create a price map of non-residential spaces of the county town of Olomouc. Before creating the price maps, an analysis of unit prices of office and commercial spaces will be carried out using a comparative method. To-rent offers advertised by real estate servers will be used as input data. Basing on the map of to-rent offers, Olomouc town will then be divided into several zones defined by beforehand set criteria. Afterwards, these zones will be processed into analytical files, and then a test to identify outliers will be run. Then unit prices of non-residential spaces per each of concerned locations will be defined on the basis of the output data. And finally, the prices will be graphically processed into a price map of Olomouc.

The business concept of catering services equipment in urban structures

This diploma thesis deals with point of food and baverage services in human residences influenced by urbanization processes. It was necessary to analyse primary and secondary data during processing this thessis. Secondary data was got from technical literature and web sites. Primary data was got due to questionare research, managed interviews and my own observing. This information was used for creating business concept which is connected to impact of urbanization processes (especially social atmosphere and social relations between residents). This concept was created for family business based on knowing people in this part of city with aim to contibute to improve social atmosphere.

Partnership of Towns of the South Bohemia Region with Francophone Towns. Political Facilitation and Civil Society.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate partnerships of towns of the South Bohemian region with towns in France. The thesis explored cooperation between the following towns: České Budějovice and Lorient, Tábor and Dole, Milevsko and Guichen, Blatná and Sargé-les-Le Mans and Nové Hrady and Vaulx-Vraucourt. The first part focussed on the history of international cooperation of European towns and its general importance. Another aim was to compare Czech and French law concerning international cooperation of municipalities and approach both of them with attached documents which confirms willingness of partnership towns to cooperate. The characteristics of towns and their relations were also included in the first part. In the second part of this study, the author presented thorough surveys based on interviews with important people who are connected to mentioned partnerships. The inquiry was focussed towards the history of partnerships, the structure of people involved in organisation of external activities, range of cooperation, funding, institutional support and age bracket of people participating in every possible way. The author found out which associations take part in international relations between explored towns. The results revealed some towns cooperate more then the others and that in one case there is no activity anymore. However, the existing partnerships have a good chance to last for a long time.

Analysis of catering services in area Českobudějovicko

The topic of this bachelors work is analyse of catering services in the area of České Budějovice. Secondary data have been studied through technical literature, statistic data, internet data of local self-government and organisations of tourism. Primary data have been studied thanks to questionnaire research, interviews and observation. The main aim is to analyse the level of catering services in this area and after that suggest the improvement of tourism and catering sevices.
