Sediment conveyor

The subject of this diploma thesis is engineering design of the sediment conveyer. Conveyer is instrumental to total emptying of sediment silo that is situated in a sewage treatment plant. Proposed construction has to fulfill the specified functional requirements and parameters. Parts of solution are also necessary analytical and FEM calculations.
The Use of Non-Destructive and Destructive Testing Methods for the Determination of the Compressive Strength of Concrete

This thesis deals with the summary of hardness test methods, their principles and types of devices used for nondestructive measurement of hardness test, including the latest devices and their description. It describes the basic relationship between hardness and compressive strength as well as procedures for obtaining the compressive strength of concrete in the structure. It provides an overview of testing methods by two normative approaches of processing and evaluation. The experimental part deals with the measurement on concrete parts using devices OriginalSchmidt type N, SilverSchmidt type N and SilverSchmidt type L, testing concrete compressive strength on cores and development of regression curve of these values.
Contemporary Educational Legitimation Ecology: positions, knowledge, and critique

This dissertation focuses on the current Czech space of legitimation practices in education as a variable sphere of justification and critique of educational goals rooted in global transformations of educational institutions, autonomies of the nation states and transnational comparative data. Since the debate on educational reform (2004), the Czech legitimation educational ecology has been diversified by different types of knowledge and actors (state, non- profit, private sector). In this work, I argue that legitimation as a critical action is today, in various ways and processes (knowledge regimes, patterns of actorship) derived from traditional jurisdictions (state and professional structures) and moves to more flexible structures, which I call topologies. In jurisdictions, mostly passive audiences remain. New legitimation topologies connect values and data and, in many ways, replace dysfunctional state structures, using specific disconnections, but also question the public nature of negotiating educational goals. The Classification of Physical Education Subjects in the Upper Grades of Primary School

Klasifikace je zatím nejrozšířenější formou školního hodnocení a je spjata s historickým vývojem českého školství. Jako problém jsem si vytkl, zda současná situace společnosti vyžaduje změnu přístupu ke klasifikace předmětu tělesná výchova, nebo zda je stávající systém klasifikace tělesné výchovy vyhovující a naplňuje požadavky odborníků, žáků a rodičů. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo konfrontovat přístupy v praxi ke klasifikaci předmětu tělesná výchova s názory učitelů, žáků, rodičů a veřejnosti a na základě výsledků navrhnout doporučení pro objektivizaci nebo jiné řešení. V takto stanoveném cíli se odráží výše uvedený problém a z tohoto cíle vzešly úkoly, na základě jejichž analýzy jsem stanovil hypotézy. Cíl se mi podařilo splnit na základě výzkumu. Výsledky výzkumu jsou uvedeny ve výzkumné části této diplomové práce.
