The project of a housing complex on Červený kopec shows the possible ways of modern living. Preference of ecological forms of transport, life in a community near the nature or transport accessibility are some of the main elements of this project. The main division of surfaces dominates the urbanistic aspect of the project. There is the urban and green surface, whose proportion changes based on the character of the place. Somewhere the greenery is dominant, elsewhere it is the urban surface. Then there are surfaces of the community garden and a public park, which clearly defines the relationship between the private and the public spaces.

Reconstruction and completion of the community center in Ždár nad Sázavou. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. On the basis of a specific intention of the contracting authority, the following building program for individual community center operations was set up.

Projekt MALÉ SVETY pracuje s dvoma priestormi. Oba sú nám prirodzene známe. Ako samostatné celky sú komplexné a živé, no ani jeden nevie existovať bez toho druhého. Súkromný a kolektívny priestor vytvára svety, ktorých hranice sa konštantne prelínajú, schádzajú, rozchádzajú či komunikujú medzi sebou. Návrh bývania nadväzuje na myšlienku, že interiér a exteriér sú vlastne jeden balík. Ich hranice sa pomyselne stierajú a myšlienka komunity naberá na väčšom význame, pretože je otvorená všetkým ľuďom a rešpektuje súkromie a kolektívnosť.

NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

A corner parcel near Brno city center. The basic idea for the solution of the area is to fill in the current gap sites of the Bratislavska and Stara streets. A multifunctional house takes part of the design and it completes the courtyard. There is a Library with cultural and administrative center and residential villa houses in the courtyard. There is also a solution for public space, which is possible to be open around both sides of the multifunctional house.

The project works with the design of a house on a plot in the courtyard. The courtyard is chaotic, functioning as a portal between two streets where everyone walks, drives and parks as he pleases. Even the greenery has a life of its own. The proposal also responds to the lack of kindergartens. The courtyard is ideal for that due its size and safety. The proposal is complemented by temporary housing for visiting actors or visitors from the conservatory.
