Vlčková, Romana ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to process patient case histories. Patient was a man born in 1948 after luxation and arthroscopic surgery at the Centre of Physiotherapy Care of the kinesiological appliance in Vysočany Prag 9 Methodology of thesis: The physiotherapeut care of patient passed of during a month specialist continuous practice in the Centre of Physiotherapeutic Care of the kinesiological appliance in Vysočany in Prag 9. The patient passed out eight therapeutic units, he visited an ambulance therapy. The units passed off from 60 to 120 minutes. We used The Therapeutic bed in an ambulance. The practice passed off from 20. 1. 2014 to 14. 2. 2014. In the theoretical part I write about anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of shoulder joint, about indication for arthroscopic operation, types of luxation, special tests and other topics relative to this issue. Results: The serie of therapies was succesful. Range of motion is bigger, general possession, condition are better, hypertrophy of muscles in shoulder region is lower. Key words: Physiotherapy, case study, shoulder joint, arthroscopic surgery
Case study of physioterapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of the fracture of the distal radius
Prokešová, Lucie ; Satrapová, Lenka (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Case study of physioterapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of the fracture of the distal radius Goals: The goal of the first part is to summerize theoretical information, to peruse sources of the fracture of the distal radius, the frequency of occurrence of fracture, methods of treatment of this injury and therapeutic methods and procedures physical therapy. A second part is prepared on the basis of case studies of a patient. There is also an application of my choice of therapeutic methods and techniques which I used in therapy. Methodics: This work is focused on physiotherapy treatment of patients with the diagnosis of fracture of the distal radius. In the general part are theoretical knowledge of anatomy and functional kinesiology of antebrachium and hand. Then I describe the fractures of the distal antebrachium, mechanism of injury, their treatment, complications, physiotherapeutic methods and procedures of physical therapy. The practical part is the describing the aplication of the theoretical knowledges about the diagnosis. It contains incoming kineziological assessment, goals of therapy, short- and long-term rehabilitation plan. This part is also decribing the process of therapeutical units, outcoming kineziological assessment and final evaluation of the therapy. Results:...

Author: Věra Fraňková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient with the Frozen Shoulder Syndrome This bachelor thesis focuses on the frozen shoulder syndrome. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The general part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge to the diagnosis in terms of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as providing information about the shoulder examination. The thesis deals with the etiology, classification and therapy of the desease. Special section describes a detailed case report of a patient with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder syndrome. This section has been prepared on the basis of the work with the pacient during the special practise in the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in the period 21.1. -20. 2. 2013. Rehabilitace po artroskopické operaci ramenního kloubu
Matsangos, Paul ; Jalovcová, Miroslava (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
""Rehabilitation after Shoulder Arthroscopy"" Current Thesis introduces a postoperative state after Arthroscopy of shoulder joint. The operation, was performed on May 2011, due to partial tear of supraspinatus tendon, successfully. In this study I present the therapeutic process that I followed during my practice. Thesis is divided in two parts. In the first part of my study I describe the anatomy and movement complexes of shoulder joint. The enclose muscles and their relation with the outer forces from biomechanical view. In addition, I cite the development of Arthroscopy on Shoulder joint and the differentiation with Arthroplasty in our days. In the second part I review and record all the documents from the past and present state of the patient. I continue with detailed examination taking in mind all the related factors that can be possibly affected after the surgery. Finally, I retell and analyze the therapeutic methods that I applied during post operative state. Key words: Supraspinatus tendon tear, Arthroscopy, Physiotherapy.
Functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation
Školová, Lucie ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation Defining of the problem: Renal transplantation is a method to treat patients with renal failure, which is associated to a prolonged survival of patients compared to a dialysis method (Viklický et al., 2008). After a successful renal transplantation the renal function is restored and complications caused by dialysis treatment disappear . However, complications due to the transplant, not only in terms of surgical intervention, but also from the point of a lifelong immunosuppressive therapy remain at risk. Functional changes on the locomotor system can occur as a concequence of a long-term renal disease or kidney transplant. This could further reduce the quality of life on patients due to self-sufficiency, being the main role of the locomotor system. Objectives: The aim of this study is to valuate functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation up to one year after a transplant. Methods: This thesis is elaborated in the form of an analytical - experimental study in which 2 groups of selected individuals were tested. Testing was conducted by using suitable tests focused on functional disorders of the locomotor system and parameters in each group and time...
