Specifics of biological assets in an accounting in a czech agricultural enterprise

This bachelor thesis is about biological assets. The primary objective is to create the comprehensive view regarding specifics of evaluation and accounting of biological assets in a czech agricultural enterprise. Specifics are based on biological character of agricultural production and other features of enterpreneurial activity in agriculture. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main sections. Current biological assets and long-term biological assets wchich are subdivided into animal and crop production are contents of the first and the second section. The third section contains the practical illustration of evaluation and accounting of the animal production in one of czech agricultural enterprises.

Animal production in accounting of agrarian business

The point of my work is to attend to livestock production in accounting of agrarian business. The main goal is to describe specification of evaluation and accounting of animal production in background of agricultural business and solve problems about accounting of animals in short-term and long-term assets. An important part of this work is the problem of evaluation animal products (for example milk or meat) and their accounting. I visited two agrarian companies for making practical part of work. In this companies I got many knowledges and informations about evaluation of new born animals and their evidence in short-term and then in long-term assets. I confirm big complications with evaluation of products in animal production and their accounting

financial analysis

The goal of my thesis is to assess the financial health of the brewery Černá hora, as. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section describes the basic methods of financial analysis and related data resources and users. In the practical part, I apply the methods of financial analysis to brewery Černá hora. For a more precise evaluation of the results of financial analysis I carried out a comparison with the inter-family brewery Bernard. Finally, throughout the work are summarized all the findings from the analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the brewery.

Vegetable production accounting

The bachelor thesis focuses on vegetable production accounting. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part we deal with a classification of biological assets in vegetable production, their assessing and bookkeeping in the Czech Republic. The IAS 41 - Agriculture is explicated in a separate chapter. The practical part of this bachelor thesis concentrates on the application of knowledge mentioned in the theoretical part. We analyse practices of a specific farming business in the Czech Republic.

Práce se zaměřuje na systém KANBAN karet v řízení toků podniku jak teoreticky, tak prakticky na konkrétním případě společnosti Heinrich Kopp AG. Popisuje logistické vazby mezi českým podnikem a německou mateřskou společností, analyzuje problémy v systému KANBAN a zabývá se jejich řešením. Dále se věnuje popisu cross-dockingu v rámci firmy a nových logistických vazeb s holandskými partnery.

Motivace zaměstnanců v obchodní firmě (konkrétní případ)

Práce analyzuje problematiku lidské motivace a v praktické části pak analyzuje úspěšnost motivačního systému v oddělení call centra společnosti AAA auto a.s. Jsou popsány nejdůležitější stimulační prostředky, kterými firma ovlivňuje motivaci svých zaměstnanců, a jejich dopady na pracovní spokojenost a výsledky pracovníků. Počáteční hypotéza, že motivační systém zde funguje dobře a v maximální míře stimuluje motivaci zaměstnanců, byla potvrzena. Výsledkem úspěšného působení motivačního systému je především vysoký pracovní výkon, nízká fluktuace a vyšší loajalita zaměstnanců ke společnosti.

Práce popisuje a hodnotí situaci spotřebitele v centrálně plánované ekonomice Kubánské republiky se zaměřením na vybrané oblasti, kterými jsou doprava, ubytování a maloobchod. Využívá autorovu osobní zkušenost se zemí, o které je složité získat nezkreslené informace a která svým centrálním plánováním a komunistickou diktaturou vytvořila nestandardní ekonomické a společenské prostředí.
