Summary The liver and kidney are an important organs involved in a number of biosynthetic, biotransformative, detoxifying, endocrine and immune processes and therefore it is understandable that its dysfunction is associated with adverse outcome of critically ill patients. Hepatic and renal dysfunctions in critical illness are relatively common and occur usually as a component of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Several mechanisms have been proposed to explain the development of MODS. Among these, 1) the hypoxic component resulted from an inadequate oxygen supply to tissues, and 2) cytotoxic effects of various mediators are believed the key elements in the pathophysiology of MODS. From these complex causes of injury are probably the most therapeutically attainable the hemodynamic disturbances and maintenance of adequate organ perfusion pressure using vasopressors is one of the cornerstones of treatment of critically ill patients. Blood flow through organs is autoregulated over a wide range of mean arterial pressure (MAP). There is an agreement that under physiological conditions minimum value of MAP necessary to ensure this autoregulation is about 60- 65 mm Hg. Resuscitation procedures development and the level of knowledge of non - medical hospital attendants

The title of the Bacheloŕs theses: Resusciatation procedures development and the level of knowledge of non - medical hospital attendants. In the theoretical part of my work I deal with the resusciatation procedures development from the beginning to the year 2005 when The European Council for Resusciatation issued new recommendations for help in the case of a sudden circulation failure and life - threatening situations - so called Guideliness 2005. In the empirical part of my research I would like to use an anonymous questionnaire to find out the level of knowledge of resusciatation procedures of non - medical hospital attendants. In the conclusion of my work I compare the research results between the Liberec Regional Hospital and the Medical First - aid Service of the Liberec Region.

Problematika travních směsí v zahradní a krajinářské tvorbě

The thesis is focused on the study of morphological, biological and carpological characteristics of the grasses. It deals with habitat conditions. It processes selected characteristics of primary, complementary and other grass species and varieties, as components of the lawn. It explains the problems of creating grass mixtures and classifies categories of the turf system according to their use. Based on the knowledge acquired from documents proposes the composition of model examples grass mixtures for chosen specific places.

New ways in manufacturing and construction of mould for wax casting

The aim of this work is to compare technology of silicon and aluminium moulds used to make castings using technology of cire perdue with single – piece work. The work itself deals with physical production of silicon mould in vacuum casting system, shaping aluminium mould using CNC machine and subsequent casting of wax models into these moulds. It also handles with physical production of one piece by shaping. It contains background research of the method lost wax casting manufacturing aluminium and silicon moulds and last but not least of Rapid Prototyping technology for producing master model.

Udržitelná diplomacie: Rozšiřování potenciálu diplomatických vztahů (Lekce z Nizozemí)

Within its scope, the thesis theoretically underpins the concept of sustainable diplomacy, using an evolutionary approach to diplomacy, and introduces criteria that allow its application on exemplary Dutch foreign policy projects. Three Dutch sustainable diplomacy projects are analyzed using a unified framework to allow their comparison and evaluation based on the criteria from the theoretical part. In light of the findings of the analysis, the thesis also acknowledges limitations of sustainable diplomacy encountered during the research to provide foundations for future development of the concept.

Vliv aplikace kyseliny giberelové na kvalitu plodů jabloní

This thesis is focused on monitoring the impact of the application of gibberellic acid contained in GIBB PLUS growth regulator applied to the shapes of slender spindle apple trees on fruit quality and the economic advantage of the variety 'Golden Delicious', the advantages and disadvantages of such applications compared to the control without treatment. Application and monitoring was carried out during the growing season in 2013 to nine-year apple trees in full fertility, stunted grown on M9 rootstocks growing in an orchard located in the northern part of the Western Carpathians in the so-called Ostrava basin in northern Moravia, near the town of Havirov. In the practical part the effect of an application on fruits, namely the occurrence of rust, starch content, soluble solids and titratable acids in the flesh of the fruit size parameters. The results were statistically processed. At the end of the economic evaluation was performed.

Technicko-ekonomické srovnání postupů při zakládání trávníků

The thesis is focused on creating technological procedures for generative and vegetative creation of lawn. It sets out the cost of each item and performs observation of two comparable realizations. From the results of monitoring process the cost calculation of each operation, the total cost calculation and comparison of both technological procedures for creation of lawns. Technology creation of lawn is described in the literary part. An analysis of the total costs for each alternative and their comparison confirms that with the production of own turf carpet can be similar costs for both ways creation of lawn.
