Workplace layout design

The topic of the thesis is the design of workplace layout to improve the handling between workplaces in ABB s. r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of lean enterprise and workplace layout. The analytical part analyses the workplace layout together with the production process and ergonomic conditions in the workplace. Furthermore, the work activities at the individual workplaces are analysed. Based on the identified shortcomings in the analytical part, suitable and feasible solutions are proposed. In the conclusion of the thesis, the overall benefits and economic costs of the project are evaluated.

Trophic structure of fish communities in anthropogenically impacted rivers

The aim of this work was to describe trophic relationships in fish communities in an anthropogenically influenced environment. In them, non-specialized, so-called eurytopic fish species predominate over rheophilic fish, which have a more complex life cycle, greater demands on habitat, food resources, or spawning substrate. They are less able to adapt to human-induced changes. On the other hand, eurytopic species have very little requirements, so they are able to adapt to environmental changes without major problems. With this work, I wanted to verify the assumption that eurytopic fish species will have a wider trophic niche and a better trophic position in such an environment than rheophilic species. All this using the analysis of stable isotopes 15 N and 13 C with the contribution of the SIBER and tRophic position computing program. Využití stabilních izotopů pro hodnocení trofické struktury společenstev nabývá v posledních dekádách na popularitě a stává se tak stále více používaným nástrojem užívaným k výzkumu trofických pozic a potravních nik. V této práci jsou shrnuty základní principy, které se při práci se stabilními izotopy využívají, představeny mechanismy výměny tkání, izotopového routingu a diskriminačního faktoru, jejichž zanedbání může vést až ke znehodnocení nabytých poznatků. Dále jsou v práci představeny základní metody využití stabilních izotopů, jejich výhody a nevýhody, matematické modely zpracování dat a jejich uvedení do praxe pomocí praktické části, ve kterém bylo zkoumáno trofické postavení a niky kaprovitých ryb v antropogenně ovlivněných řekách.

Analýza moderních automatizovaných obráběcích center

This bachelor thesis describes individual types of modern machining centers and deals with issue in automation of manufacturing processes. The first part focuses on deve-lopment of machining centers and mediated their distribution. Attention is also paid to the universal machining centers, their description and advantages. Following part presents the development trends in automation and modernization of CNC technologies in the production sphere. In the other part are described individual types of machining centers with the current offer on the market. Attention is also paid to industrial robots and their use in the engineering industry. The final part deals with the modification in company Kovoturn s.r.o. and mentioned advantages.

Akustická odezva frézovacího procesu

The project deals with the application of acoustic emission measurement structure to the milling process. The essence of milling is described in this work, the characteristic of cutting tool wear and the load of the cutting tool is presented. Attention is also paid to the description of generating acoustic emission during chip formation. The following section focuses on the acoustic emission, its essential characteristics and its application. In the experimental part of the project, the aim of the measurement is de-fined, the methodology of the experiment is described in detail and the data evaluated in the measurement are evaluated.

The main objective of this thesis Business plan - biofuel production is to create a business plan to establish a company to produce wood pellets close to Čáslav and testing the viability of this business plan. The theoretical part focuses on the specifies of small and medium enterprises and the principles of processing a business plan. At the end of the theoretical part are described the methods for assessing project success. In the practical part is already prepared a business plan itself, with all the essentials that business plan should include.
