European medieval women writers

This diploma thesis deals with writings of women writers of European Early and Central Middle Ages, particularly with four women writers, who flourished from the half of the 9th century to the beginning of the 13th century in western Europe. In the Middle Ages there were much more male than female writers, but unique personalities, influencing the world of literature, could be found even among the women writers. Ladies presented in this thesis exemplify with their writings general literary development of the Middle Ages, but, simultaneously, they are always at the beginning of something new. These women writers are Dhuoda, infelicitous wife of nobleman, canoness Hrotsvit of Gandersheim, abbess Hildegard of Bingen, and finally conscious author from the royal court, Marie de France. Dhuoda created in the middle of the 9th century with her writing Liber manualis unique didactic-educational work, the oldest "in France" written piece about education.377 Hrotsvit wrote, as her fellows did, legends and historical epics, but, moreover, she created first performable plays of the Christian world.378 Hildegard of Bingen represensts with her writings the breaking period of the 12th century, but her work is really vast and in its range unique. Turnover of nurses in the intensive care unit

The aim of this thesis is to determine the causes of turnover of nurses and executives view to map of turnover and its possible solutions. The work also includes an overview of turnover of nurses in selected departments of the Central Military Hospital (UVN) in the period 2005 - 2009. The theoretical part deals with the very concept of fluctuation and is dedicated to its causes, prevention, and its aftermath, which is dealing with the syndrome. Work covers not only demotivating factors, but also analyzes the concept of motivation still evolving role of nurses and public perception. In the introduction to the practical part, which I sought to meet the objectives of the work I've already mentioned survey indicated fluctuations in selected departments of the Central Military Hospital in the period 2005 - 2009. I verified the hypothesis through a questionnaire and guided interviews with managers in the workplace also the Central Military Hospital. The results are summarized in the discussion and conclusion.

Chosen ethic problems in the purport of cross-section themes

Contemporary transformation of the Czech primary educational system is characterized according to RVP ZV. The thesis deal with cohesion of the RVP ZV and ethic aspects. The author focuses on ethic education as a complementary educional branche and surveys approaches of individual teachers to this curriculum. The theoretical part explains basic ideas such as ethic, curriculum and section themes. The work acquaints with the ethic education, its aims, methods and its representation in the curriculum. In the practical part are analysed the statements of respondents and compared the approaches of pedagogues to the own realised curriculum with the ethic aspects. The aim of work is to discover, whether the ethic education is involved in the teaching and how the teachers approach to this education.

Tax burden on the basic types of income in the Czech Republic

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the historical evolution of the tax burden on the basic types of incomes in the Czech Republic between years 1989 -- 2010, in two specific households (households of employees and self-employed households). The theoretical part defines the term of tax reform and describes particular reforms of the personal income tax in the Czech Republic since the year 1989. The future trend in this field is also outlined. The practical part aims to the tax burden evolution analysis for selected types of households. The principal data source for this thesis is from the Household budget survey.

Analysis of expertise in business valuation

The content of this work is the analysis of expert opinions on the valuation of the business or its parts in several respects. In the introduction it is mentioned adjustment of valuation by Czech methodology ZNAL, International Valuation Standards IVS and European Valuation Standards EVS. Furthermore, it is carried out the comparison of these methodologies, including the German Standard IDW S1, according to some criteria. The analytical section is dedicated to the analysis of expert opinions, to assess their level of processing, and to point out some weaknesses or strengths. The conclusion is a quantitative summary of the results of analysis of expertise, as well as pointing out the most common shortcomings and proposals for their elimination.

Likvidace pojistných událostí průmyslových rizik

Bakalářská práce charakterizuje a analyzuje metodiku, postupy a právní předpisy týkající se činnosti likvidátorů. Přibližuje tok jejich pracovních úkonů a vůbec chod celého úseku. V prvé části jsou vysvětleny pojmy a rizika týkající se majetkového a odpovědnostního pojištění. Druhá část je věnována aplikaci v praxi a podrobnějšímu popisu jednotlivých kroků provázejících likvidaci škodných událostí průmyslových rizik, a to od hlášení škody, přes její registraci, likvidaci, výplatu pojistného plnění, uplatnění regresu, až po ukončení a archivaci škodného spisu.

Práce popisuje účetní práce na konci účetního období a sestavení jednotlivých účetních výkazů. Obsahuje jednotlivé typy účetních závěrek, včetně způsobu jejich zveřejňování, podrobněji se věnuje rozvaze, výsledovce a příloze k účetním výkazům. Zároveň se snaží poukázat na současný trend ve vývoji účetnictví, jímž je mezinárodní harmonizace.
