The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is Conception of the Housing Policy in the CR. It is divided into four main parts. The first part explains general characteristics of the housing policy, describes the role of the state and her goals. Then is presented the state housing concept from 2011. The second part introduces available support housing. The third part explains proceses housing construction in the CR and last part is focused on the housing policy of town Litomyšl.

Analytical processes of marketing in building industry

This bachelor thesis deals with the analytical processes of marketing in the civil engineering. It is divided in two parts.The first one is a theoretical part, which is focused on the description of the market environment, targeted marketing, marketing mix, analysis of the marketing environment and marketing strategies applicable in the civil engineering. In the second part I analyze the company by application of GE matrix, Porter's analysis, SLEPT analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis I present a summary of recommendations and proposal of marketing strategy based on the results and findings from these analyses, which should lead to better position of the company in the market.

This thesis is focused on marketing, especially on the marketing mix, which is processed in classical and specific form for public administration. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic areas of marketing, marketing environment, marketing mix, situational analysis and methods that can be used in the processing of these analyses. The practical part of the thesis deals with analysis of the internal and external factors and the subsequent design of a marketing mix for the defined territorial unit.

According to this i can say that main goal of this bachelor´s thesis is analysis of market and marketing environment around the project BD Nad Rokoskou and making the decision if the project feasible on the end.

The influence of the variant solution to sewerage treatment plant

Purpose of research part of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate and compare design methods of conventional and alternative wastewater collection systems. The work also deals with influence of the system on the quality of wastewater supplied to the wastewater treatment plant. The aim of practical part is to design and compare secondary treatment objects for different sewerage systems considering the wastewater quality. The work includes financial assessment of secondary treatment objects.

DEVELOPMENT FINANCING OPTIONS IN HOUSING

The main aim of my thesis is an analysis of the overall development of financing options for private housing, especially in the Czech Republic. The issue of housing solves most of us, at least once in their life. Investment in housing greatly exceeds our income, so it is necessary to the selection of type of housing, correctly decided on its method of financing itself. The statistics which are in the Czech Republic's disposal indicates that the total expenditures of Czech households, housing costs are up to 1/4. Compare the different products occurring in the Czech market, which are intended to finance housing (building savings, mortgage loans, ...). It depends on the consideration of each of us, whether we use a different funding source, such as your own saved money or loans from friends or family members.
