Davidová, Michaela ; Olšanová, Květa (advisor) ; Walter, Martin (referee)
The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to identify the opportunities for the growth of the company Green Ways, Ltd. in consideration of the competition on the czech market. This target was reached through the situational analysis and the subsequent SWOT analysis which evaluated the strenghts and the weaknesses and defined what the company should focuse on to gain the competitive advantage. In the theoretical part I also focused on the analysis of multi-level marketing which is the typical business form of the company Green Ways, Ltd. In conclusion, I made a survey through which we learned about the brand awarness on the czech market. The survey results have convinced me of the strong position of the company Green Ways, Ltd. among the green foods sellers on the czech market.
