Water Politics

The work is aimed at familiarizing the audience with the problems of water in the Czech Republic and its distribution within the landscape. However, its character, which approaches to documentary work, doesn´t explicitly describe the problem, but rather attempts to visualize it and give the viewer space for his own imagination. The work draws in contrast the examples of fine functional interventions in the landscape with examples of monstrous concrete structures - dams. It points to problematic places and tries to convey to the viewer the current issue not only in the chosen location. The main thing is the lyrical performance, which evokes not only a video but also the sound part and the narrative that explains the whole problem. The video is not purely informative, its specificity is also focused on the enjoyment of the viewer. He plays with documentary techniques but does not use them as a priority. The shots are deliberately chosen so that the concrete buildings look monumental and have their seriousness. The background of the shots also shows the time of their creation. This element is supposed to be critical and is supposed to be opposed to studies that use old plans to build new water reservoirs that do not give space for a more efficient solution. The work also touches on the overproduction and issues of today's modern agriculture.

Cryptids, video which is studying animals, its shapes, moves and the environment , where they find themselves. The video is looking equal to all entity without any difference, document varied life as same as passing death or rot as well. It also speaks about collaboration and the microworld, which creates perfect unit. Silent mutual conversations.

Operations with the enterprise from the accounting and tax view

This diploma thesis deals with the general definition of an enterprise according to the Czech legal regulations and applied practice, moreover by the definition of individual possible operations with enterprise and its accounting and tax consequences. In this diploma thesis are also analyzed transactions realized with the enterprises in Czech Republic after the recodification of a private law.

Free time in facilties for clients with ordered institutional upbringing

Thesis deals with the leisure activities of children in institutions for children with ordered institutional care, the objective is to find a comparison leisure clients between two selected devices. The theoretical part describes the term institutional and protective education, including historical and current legal regulations, the procedure for their implementation. The school facilities indicates differences in educational work among selected children's home and children's home with the school. The article introduces the characteristics of free time and leisure activities with the documents relating to free time. The research part more familiar with the characteristics of the device and respondents. Interprets the results obtained through quantitative research, which was used as the main research technique structured interview with three kinds of questions (closed, semi-closed and open). The aim is to analyze the leisure clients aged 11-18 years in selected Seagull Children's home Children's home and the school Sedlec-Prčice and seeing how much different use, offer, scope, content, and structure of leisure activities in these facilities.
