Using of Flow Analytical Method for Determination of Biological Active Compounds

Title of Doctoral Thesis: Using of flow analytical method for determination of biological active compounds The presented dissertation thesis is dealing with development of HPLC and SIC methods for determination of active substances and degradation products in pharmaceutical formulations. Developed methods were validated and meet all requirements for suitability, precision and reliability. In the first work, HPLC method for determination of active compound clotrimazole and its degradation products (2-chlorophenyl) diphenylmethanol and imidazole in Clotrimazol spray 1 % was developed. Ibuprofen was used as the internal standard. The aim of the next work was to compare separation efficiency particle based and monolithic columns with various lengths. HPLC method for determination of indomethacin and its two degradation products was used for comparison. Ketoprofen was used as an internal standard for data evaluation throughout the study. Design of electrical installations in industrial buildings

The thesis deals with planning and proportioning of electrical installations within industrial objects. The theoretical part of the thesis looks into electrical installation planning and proportioning for all kinds of buildings. Basic terms related to projecting, project requirements, as well as the requirements on the designer, project documentation composition, and project documentation grades, are descibed. Furthermore, the text covers implementations of protection against electrical injuries, related legislative regulations and requirements, and finishes with the issues of electrical installations proportioning and protection. The practical part of the thesis contains a design of electrical installations for an industrial object involving high power wiring for a mechanical – technological part of the Zaječí water treatment plant. In addition to wiring proportioning and protection, the design involves a technical report, layout drawing and distributor RM1 plan.
Asynchronous communication interfaces in FPGA

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the options for implementation of asynchronous modules for clock domain crossing in an FPGA circuit. Such crossings are inevitable in moderately complex firmware designs and can lead to data corruption or loss, if implemented incorrectly. Furthermore, the work deals with application of correct constraints. The practical part of this work describes an implemented library of clock domain crossing modules. Further, the practical part describes a created methodology for use of clock domain crossing modules, whose application is demonstrated in a case study of a network interface card circuit created for the acceleration card COMBO-80G.
Design of the wiring for the industry building

Tato práce se zabývá projektováním a dimenzováním elektrických instalací v průmyslových objektech. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zmiňuje projektování instalací, z hledisek základních termínů, složení projektové dokumentace, stupňů projektové dokumentace a koordinací profesí. Dále obsahuje legislativní požadavky, ochranu před úrazem elektrickým proudem dimenzování elektrických instalací. V praktické části je navržena elektroinstalace ČOV Podivín pomocí CAD systémů a programu EATON Pavouk. Návrh obsahuje situaci objektu, dispozice jednotlivých navrhovaných objektů, jednopólové schéma rozvaděčů RM 1 a RM 2. Dále paprskovou síť rozvodů vč. požadovaných hodnot a vypínacích charakteristik.
Clock Domain Crossing Interfaces

This work presents an easy-to-use library of clock domain crossing modules and a methodology for it's use. These crossings are inevitable in moderately complex firmware designs. Incorrectly implemented clock domain crossing modules can lead to data corruption or data loss. For correct functionality of these crossings it is necessary to apply correct constraints. Automatic application of contraints is a part of the created library. Its easy use is also supported by the methodology for selection of correct clock domain crossing module in the form of a decision tree.
The influence of East enlargement of the EU on the integration processes
