This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is an elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment house in Brno, district of Brno-Sadová. This is a detached building on a slightly sloping ground with three floors above ground and one underground floor with 10 residential units. The basement floor is designed from forged blocks a lost shuttering. Ground floor consists of a design system of ceramic bricks. Ceiling construction are monolithic reinforced concrete and building roofing is solved by warm flat roof
Apartment building in Lanškroun

This bachelor thesis concerns the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Lanškroun. The aim of the thesis is work out a layout of the building and design a suitable construction system. Design documentation complies with valid standards and regulations. The program AutoCAD was used for processing. The proposed building has three storeys and a partial basement. The apartment building has 8 flats and one of them is designed for a barrier-free. The vertical refit works above ground are designed as clay masonry, masonry consists of permanent formwork in the basement. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The apartment building is covered warm flat roof. The building is based on foundation strips.

The bachelor thesis deals with documentation for obtaining a building permit approval and documentation for building aquarium factory. The work is based on earlier created study of the subject AG033. Bukovany is a village in Hodonín district in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. This plot is almost near the eastern border of the village. The land is sloping, relatively narrow and long. The shape of the estate greatly influenced the location of the building and the connection to the existing roads. There is good availability for supply and shipping. The factory is divided into four above-ground interconnected buildings with different functions. All objects are without basement and have only one floor. On the southern side of the plot is located a representative administrative part of the building, which surrounds the main factory building. It is possible to drive into the main production hall by a truck and to handle large and heavy glass panes by means of a bridge crane. The manufacturing process of gluing has high demands on the illumination of the premises, therefore it is illuminated by the Lightway Maximus roof skylights and the windows around the perimeter of the hall. This production hall is directly connected to the warehouse and joinery space. The construction system of the production objects is prefabricated, based on monolithic nibs. The part of the building, which serves as a warehouse has a brick walls. The eastern and most sloping part of the plot is filled with greenery. There is an artificial small lake in front of the administrative part of the building.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. The Restoration of the Railway of Ústí nad Orlicí

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the restoration and new use of the old railway station in Ústí nad Orlicí. The thesis is based on an architectural study created within the subject AG34 in the 3rd year in the winter semester. The bachelor thesis expands the architectural study to Building Permit Documentation and Documentation for Execution of the Project. The railway station is located on the outskirts of the city of Ústí nad Orlicí between the railroad tracks. Surrounded terrain is sloping. The building is bordered by a steep hill from the north and the Tichá Orlica river from the south. The building was built in 1874 and has been declared as a cultural monument in 2010. The main requirement of the investor was to design rentable spaces for the public to support the site recovery. Multifunctional design should attract residents and tourists of all interest and age categories. On the ground floor there is a bicycle rental, an information center, a health food store with home-made products and a café. In the building can also be found a workshop, temporary accommodation, rentable office space and public services such as a hairdresser and a beauty salon. The main idea was to revive the building not only in the interior but also from the exterior. A relaxing and recreational park with a seating area was designed nearby. The walkway in the park is made of prefabricated concrete slabs. The long paving elements have a narrowed end which create a slight transition between the pavement and the greenery. Neither the facade of the building remained without modifications. The appearance of the building was changed by adding a timber framing and by a new glazed facade wall design. The glazed facade wall will allow to use the newly designed winter garden with seating in the winter. The design of timber framing will be done according to the original historical plans and photographs from the time of the construction of the building.
Hotel garni

The diploma thesis deals with a project of a new building, Garni hotel in the municipality of Pacov. The object is made up of three ground floors. The first floor contains a restaurant with limited board possibilities, restaurant facilities, a manager’s office, staff facilities and a technical area of the building. Conference rooms with facilities and hotel rooms can be found on the second floor. There is one four-bed room, three double rooms (one of them is designed for disabled people) and two single rooms on this floor. One four-bed room, three double rooms and three single rooms are located on the third floor. The building is created with a masonry structural system and is roofed with a warm flat roof with a typical sequence of layers. A green roof is used above a part of the building.

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a community centre with a restaurant. Its construction site is located on the outskirts of town Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, Poděbradova street. The building is composed from three parts, which are connected to each other. The first part houses the restaurant with its facilities. This part is a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by white boards composed into an asymmetrical pattern. The second part serves as a backstage area where all the necessary facilities are located. This second part of the building is as the first part a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by façade timber boards. The main entrance is located in the middle part, which is the third part the building. It has two floors and it houses an auditorium, a bar and amenities. Its façade is formed by trapezial boards. The construction system is formed by load bearing walls and by prestressed concreted floor panels or in some parts by cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The building has strip foundations. Its interior walls are built from sand-limestone bricks with acoustic properties. The perimeter walls are covered with ventilated façade with mineral wool thermal insulation. The heating of the community centre is powered by gas boiler connected to single-vent chimney with ventilation shaft.
Fire station in Pacov

This Diploma thesis is a project documentation of a fire station building. It is about a spacious building that contains space and equipment needed for working of the fire station of professional and voluntary firefighters. The construction is situated at the edge of the town Pacov in Vysočina region. Downstairs there are placed garages for firefighters ‘vehicles, technical areas and a changing room. Upstairs there are offices, a gym, and rooms for firefighters. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a flat vegetation roof. The building is made of calcareous sandstone blocks with contact insulation.
Apartment building Polička

This bachelor thesis encompasses project documentation of build execution of a new apartment building. Designed building is located on the southeastern OKRAJI of Policka in a newly built location. The apartment building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor in a flat terrain. The building has a total of 9 residential units with layouts of 3 + KK, 2 + KK and 1 + KK. All apartments except the barrier-free have a terrace or loggia and each apartment has a cellar located in the basement of the house. In the basement there is also a technical room, workshop, bicycle and carriage house and a common room. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks, in the basement from lost formwork. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Perimeter masonry above ground level is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The roofing of the building is solved by flat roofs, while above the 2nd floor it is a vegetation roof with a terrace, above the 3rd floor there will be a non-walkable flat roof with a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips.
