The thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation. The student house will be located in the city of Ostrava. The building has 4 above-ground floors with partial basement .The basement will for the most part serve as a technical facilities. On the first floor there will be rooms - reception, reception, office, bicycle room, café, small shop, gym, copy center, facilities and hygienic room. Residential units are located on 2 to 4 floors. There will be 26 residential units - single and double, total for 54 persons. Each residential cell has its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. The building is designed as a masonry system. The load-bearing masonry in the basement is from a lost formwork of 300 mm. external wall and internal supporting masonry of above-ground floors of clay masonry, Therm type, 300 mm. The warm flat roof is extensive, with a fall of 3%.

The aim of my master´s thesis is the processing of project documentation for construction. The proposed detached building is located in the cadastral area of Ostravice 1 [715671] in the township of Ostravice [598542]. The building is designed as a three-story building with one underground floor and two aboveground floors, partially basement, with a single-layer flat roof. The floor plan of the building is rectangular with two setbacks of the northwest facade. The basement serves for regeneration and relaxation, but also as a technical background of the building. The first ground floor contains spaces for teaching, dining, leisure, and sports facilities - locker rooms. The second above-ground floor is designed for accommodation. Excavation work is carried out by a combination of trench shoring and sloping of the construction pit. The foundation structures are solved by a foundation slab made of hydraulic reinforced concrete. The structural system is a combined skeletal and wall system. The vertical structural system of the building is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete elements. Ceiling and staircase structures are designed as reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The thermal insulation of the building is provided by a contact insulation system, in the second above-ground floor by a ventilated facade.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for a residential building located on a plot of land in the cadastral area of Kuřim, specifically on plot number 1741, in an area with residential buildings. It is a standalone house with three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The house has eight residential units, including three 1+KK units, three 2+1 units, and two 4+KK units. The underground garage provides parking space for five cars and three motorcycles, along with a technical room and storage units. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Prostějov. The building is designed as part of a complex of four separate square-shaped buildings with a common entrance to the underground garage. There are 11 apartments planned on the above-ground floors. The basement of the building houses utility spaces and an underground collective garage. The structural system of the substructure is made of water-resistant concrete. The second, third, and fourth above-ground floors consist of residential units. A total of 30 residential units have been designed. The topmost fifth above-ground floor contains studios. The building has a flat roof with a parapet. The structural system of the building is primarily skeletal, connecting reinforced concrete monolithic walls that form the load-bearing part as perimeter walls. Another structurally significant element is the structural core with an elevator shaft. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The bachelor thesis deals with the design and subsequent processing of the detailed project documentation for a new residential building in Uherský Brod. The residential building is located in the outskirts of the city in the Olšava housing estate. It is a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, maintenance room and technical background of the building. On the first floor there is a barrier-free apartment, cellar and joint areas. The second and third floors are reserved exclusively for residential use. In total, there are five residential units in the house with a layout of 2+kitchenette and 3+kitchenette. The structural system of the building is a cross-wall system. The base and the perimeter wall of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete made of waterproof concrete. Vertical structures are made of brick blocks. Reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs are designed as horizontal load-bearing structures. The roof structure is a single-skin flat vegetated roof. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The ventilated facade with wooden cladding is designed in parts of the third floor.

The aim of this master‘s thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The proposed detached building is located on plots in the cadastre unit of Jihlava (659673). This is a public building intended for short-term accommodation and catering. Part of the construction is a connection to the technical and transport infrastructure, specific to the locality. The building is designed as a fourteen-story building with three underground and eleven floors above ground. The floor plan shape of the object is composed of rectangles. The dominant feature are two prominent towers with ten floors above ground. There are collective garages for cars in the underground floors. The ground floor is shared by the guests and the hotel staff. The restaurant, gym, conference hall and administration are located here. The second to eleventh floor above ground contains accommodation units for guests. Excavation work is designed by thrust excavation of the construction pit. The foundation structures are designed with a foundation slab made of hydraulic reinforced concrete with deep piled foundations. In the underground floors and on the ground floor, the construction system is cast-in-place concrete frame. In the second to eleventh floor above ground, the structural system is a two-way wall systeme. The vertical supporting structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures and the two-armed staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The contact thermal insulation system ensures thermal insulation of the building. The building is roofed in two levels with a warm flat roof.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to create project documentation for the construction of a car showroom on the plot parcel number 3745/28 in a cadastral territory Velké Meziříčí [779091]. It is a freestanding building setted n almost flat land. The building is partially underground. The basement is used as a wine cellar. The first floor is divided into service and car showroom. On the second floor there are only offices, a meeting room and sanitary facilities with a day room. Vertical support structures of the above-ground part of the house are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete and underground parts are load-bearing walls made of water-based concrete. Horizontal support structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The foundation of the object consists of reinforced concrete monolithic base slab of water-building concrete. The roof of the building is designed as a flat single-shell extensive vegetation roof. The whole building is insulated by the contact insulating system ETICS. The design also includes thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
