Environment mapping
Mohorko, Martin ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the description of possible ways of mapping the unknown environment, which could be in this case both environments - aerial and terrestrial. It is focused on mapping by radars and 3D scanners, through their history, distribution, scanning methods, methods of displaying data or description of output data to their practical application. Furthermore based on selected criteria, methods were compared and it was explained why and which method is preferable than the other one. There is also in this work mention of other methods used for environment mapping of today and their use and potential for several future applications. In the conclusion was outlined the possible use concept on the radar locating system in connection with the 3D scanner.
Design of mini backhoe
John, Václav ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Main goal of this bachelor thesis is design of a backhoe for a compact tractor. First part of this thesis describes principle of the backhoe. In the second part different design solutions for each component are considered. In the third part basic design calculations are described. Last part shows models of components for chosen design solution.
Perception of vehicle speed by pedestrian
Rak, Martin ; Semela, Marek (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the issue of the perception of speed of a vehicle from pedestrian’s point of view. The theoretical part consists of a research into sense perception of humans and construction of motor vehicles. The practical part designs and describes the experiment which was performed in order to provide data used for analyzing different factors and their effect on the accuracy of vehicle speed estimations.
Options for the Determination of the Influence of Electronic Stabilization Systems of the Chassis on the Driving Dynamics of a Vehicle
Bilík, Martin ; Vémola, Aleš (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of determining the influence of electronic stability systems on the chassis of the vehicle driving dynamics. In the introductory section is made theoretical analysis of road vehicle dynamics. Further description is made of some stabilization systems and situations and how to solve them by using these systems. Chapter 6.2.1 describes the methodology of practical experiment, which can determine influence of the stability system of the vehicle chassis on driving dynamics. The next chapter describes an experiment conducted and interpreted the measured values. The penultimate chapter is a simulation of this experiment using simulation software Virtual Crash. The last chapter is an evaluation of the experiment and compares the results with simulation programs using the same input conditions. The conclusion summarizes the results of this work.
Design of large capacity ATC
Šrámek, Ondřej ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design one part of a system for the automatic exchange of tools on a heavy machining center for non-rotating parts. This thesis was commissioned in cooperation with TRIMILL, a.s.. The first part is devoted to a thorough analysis of the issues addressed and contains a general introduction to AVN systems and their basic divisions. The second part deals with the various options of design and is followed by an engineering design of the chosen solution including the dimensioning of the main parts. The work includes a 3D model and drawings.
Design of lathe spindl
Švarc, Pavel ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on one of the most important parts of lathe – spindle. Thesis is divided into two main parts. First of them is focused on the short research, which contains general information about spindles. This part deals about steps, which are needed to be done in construction for the correct function of spindle. At the end of first part is short presentation of chosen companies and their products. The second part is focused on the proposed spindle calculations. Into this part is also involved 3D model of proposed spindle and his assembly.
Comparison of sensors for temperature measurement
Chaloupka, Roman ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with temperature sensors. Basic terms are defined at the beginning of work. The following are distribution, description of construction and principle of touch sensors with electrical output. Other touch sensors are marginally described. Further is described principle of pyrometry and contactless sensors. In conclusion, work contains practical example of contactless temperature measurement.
Description of tool clamping interface at milling machines
Bartušek, Jiří ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the types and characteristics of tool holders for milling machines, which are clamped in the spindle of machine. There are explained the structural and functional properties of individual toolholders. It also describes mechanisms for clamping tools with cylindrical shank in the toolholder. This work describes the use, advantages and disadvantages of the toolholders.
Suggestion of tumbling machine's construction
Matula, Petr ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with a suggestion of vibratory tumbling machine´s construction for tumbling of brass cartridges. The thesis contains theoretical part which describes the principle of tumbling and its possibility of using, further characterizes various types of tumbling machines and their parts. Practical part of thesis includes functional calculations of vibratory tumbling machines, draft of power, compression springs bearing tumbling container and control calculation of these springs. Complete tumbling machine is created in a 3D modeling program. Drawing documentation which includes individual drawings of assemblies, secondary assemblies and their particular parts according to task is enclosed.
Possible Materials for Crash-Test Dummy Construction
Pokorná, Veronika ; Coufal, Tomáš (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis is devoted to the possibility of using materials for crash test dummy construction. The thesis describes how crash test dummies evolved, what crash test dummies are currently available for crash test and what they are made of. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to design materials and process for production of a crash test dummy with human-like biofidelity. The thesis describes the way which the dummy will be manufactured using duralumin, rubber, alder wood and silicone polymer or agar.
