In this bachelor thesis I am focusing on a project of a detached family house on a site 5017 in a village Radiměř. Proposed category of a flat is 4+1. Family house is designed according to an irregular platform 14,84x8,08m. The house has two floors with a habitable attic, without cellarage. Downstairs there is a space behind a door, technical room, a toilet a storage room, a storage room under the stairway, two-ply stairs, a living room and a kitchen. The family house includes a garage for one car and with enough storage space. Upstairs there is a bathroom, 2 rooms and a bedroom. The house is based on strip foundations made of a simple concrete. Vertical and horizontal frameworks are devised from cellular concrete blocks Ytong. Enclosure wall is insulated by boards Ytong Multipor. The roof is anticlinal with a 40 degrees deflection. The entering side is orientated to the east. The living room is orientated to the south and the west, which makes the place shiny enough and furthermore there is an entrance to the platform. This thesis was elaborated as a project for building construction based on studio work from the second year. The subject of the work is a newly built restaurant and rooms with facilities for the public transport company in Brno. The building is located on gently sloping land situated near the surface of the Brno damlake. The area around the building is drafted as a public, primarily intended as the starting area for boat transportation.

The subject of bachelor's thesis is new building in Vysoké Studnice. The semi – attached house is a separate residential object on the flat land. The building has two floors and is basementless. The vertical and horizontal load – bearings are designed by the system Liapor. An atypical roof is solved by trussed rafter. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a low-energy detached house. The house is designed as two storey basementless wooden building with a pitched roof. The 4 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 3-5 family members. The object includes a wooden warehouse for garden furniture and other tools. The warehouse which is connected by an one-car garage to the detached house. The architectural expression is to be a two matters interpenetration of a standard plaster and a stone facing. The two materials create an L-shape. The entrance which is shaded by the garage shelter is situated in the western part of the house. After the vestibule there is a living room connected with a kitchen. If turned right there is a technical room and WC. From the South-East oriented living room there is a contact with a garden which may be entered by a terrace via a french window. The second storey is reachable via a cranked flight of stairs. The second story layout is simply designed with a focus on an utility while respecting the cardinal directions. There are two children rooms which will be split by a soft wall in the future. The parent bedroom includes its own dressing room and bathroom. There is a bedroom, single WC and dressing room for the children. All of the bedrooms ar enterable form the hall and have southern-west view. The structure is to be from timber bearing boards that are also noise and heat insulants. The house shell is also covered by heat insulations. The structure is designed as a timber beam structure. The roof is supported by nailed timber trusses while respecting an over-rafter heat insulation. The warehouse and the garage shelter have their own not-to-be-walked flat roof.

Bachelor thesis project solves a family semi-attached house in flat terrain. Terraced house is located on the ground number 1646/302 in the city Havlíčkův Brod, district Horní Žižkov. Built-up area of the house is 104,73m2. The building has two above-ground floors, no basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is a garage. Outer and interior bearing walls are designed from the shuttering of the company Velox, interior partitions are made of plasterboard. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Velox. Terraced house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 15°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Vekra. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic of heat pumps in family houses.

Bachelor thesis is focused to project documentation of detached family house for a family numbering four persons. House is located on a south slope in the area of district Zlín specifically village Vidče. House layout is composed from two connected rectangulars. Object is designed as a two – storey + garage timber structure, without basement, roofed with two shed roofs of a different height levels. The Advantages of object itself, are very good thermal properties and shortened period of construction.

In the Bachelor's thesis is dealt with new above-standard modern family house. The object is placed on the free land that was previously used as a garden and orchard. The building is connected to the surrounding areas. The House is located in the village of the Hradec Králové region, in the Towns of p.p.č. 355/7. Built-up area object is 173,44 m2 Building has two floors. Roof of the House is composed of two flat roofs. The building is situated on gently sloping terrain. As the main building material was used a system of VELOX. The input part of the object is made up of an entrance, the entrance to which can be accessed from the garage. Area continues into the corridor, from which we get into stair Hall, study, which can also be used as a guest room, WC, bathroom and closet. From the stair Hall to go after the stairs to the 2nd floor, kitchenette with dining area, through which we get into spacious living rooms. From the living room, dining room and from the study can be accessed on the terrace and adjoining garden. At the entrance to the 2nd floor of cetrální Hall, a person can get in all the rooms. It comes to the bedroom, two children's rooms, technical room, closet, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is a spacious dressing room and green terrace.

The bachelor thesis is based on design of semi-atteched house on the street Slovenské in Lanškroun. Bulding plot is situated in new city quarter determined for family houses outside the city center. Shape of semi-atteched house is almost rectangle and it is made of two parts where each part is designed for family of four to five members. All living rooms are oriented to south that allows residents to enter the garden and the patio in first floor. Each part of house includes garage for one car.
