The subject of the thesis is the economic assessment of public investment project. In the theoretical part the issue of public sector investment is solved, there is also described feasibility studiy and indicators of economic efficiency of investment. There are several types oc costs analysis described. The practical part is focused on the economic efficiency of the already implemented public project evaluation.

Rent an apartment in Most, and the factors that influence them

The master's thesis deals with market research to determine the amount of the usual rent in Most and assessing factors that act on the rent. For market research are identifies four categories of flats, which are 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk and larger. On the basis of the obtained information are made maps which colour-illustrated apartments by price/month/m2.

The diploma thesis is focused on evalution of efficiency and risks of the project implemnted by the municipality. The theoretical part defines the issue of building investments, public project, and indicators of economic efficiency of investments. Risk analysis is described here. The practical part is focused on the economic evaluation of the effectiveness and risk analysis of the project implemented by the municipality.

Life Cycle Costs of Property Owned by the City

The master thesis focuses on problems connected with the life cycle cost of property owned by the city. It analyses general issues of the life cycle cost of construction, but it mainly analyses the ways in which local authorities manage their properties and their cost. Those methods are applied in a case study, that addresses the cost and management of swimming pool sites which are owned by the city Brno.

This bachelor thesis deals with an economic valuation of regional development project. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on public investment and regional development. Other topics are SWOT analysis and the logical framework metod of the project. The theoretical part also mentioned the issue of brownfields. Finally, it deals with economic evaluation of the project. The practical part deals with the economic valuation of the particular project of regional development. In this part there are the findings from the theoretical part.

The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.

Financing of development strategies in the municipality

In this bachelor thesis is described funding problematic of public project realized by municipality. In the theoretical part is defined the municipality, like a contracting authority of the tenders. There are characterized particular statements connected with municipal budget. Last but not least are named funding possibilities. In the practical part is described and solved funding of the project Sewerage and wastewater treatment plants in Parsovice. The main attempt of municipality is receiving the grand from the Ministri of Agriculture.
