Active employment policy in the South-Czech Region

The goal of this thesis is to focus on the awareness of citizens on that register with the employment department, employers, inquiring after potential employees and statistics use services provided by the employment office. The services are meant an active employment policy, for which we consider so-called socially useful jobs, public works, retraining, investment incentives, bridging subsidies, subsidies, integration and contribution in the transition to a new business program. The first part or the theoretical part of the thesis will look at how general treatise on the employment Department, which is mentioned as the actual historical development from the very beginning until now. This part is focused on the information and rules active policies employment and their instruments. Finally, attention is paid to the European social fund from which are also drawn funds for active employment policy. The practical part is focused on a specific contact office of the employment Department in Tabor. All supported projects and direct use of all instruments of active employment policy at a designated liaison department of the employment Department, are analyzed and statistically evaluated.

The relationship and the legal status of contributory organizations and municipalities in education

This bachelor thesis in its theoretical part deals with charting of complex legal regulations of issues in school funded organizations established by the municipal offices, both in terms of founders of schools and school institutions, and in terms of independent funded organizations. It shows the process of establishment of school institutions, gives a comprehensive overview about their property and financial management, accounting, summarizes the competence of the Council and the municipal office at established schools. In the practical part there is realized an analysis of the management of two school funded organizations established by the town of Rokycany. The analysis is conducted for the period 2013 - 2015 and
it is based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. On the base of the analysis of the management and analysis of the number of pupils in each school, with regard to demographic changes, the effect is evaluated
which eventual merger of monitored schools could bring.

The role and status of non-profit sector according to the new legislation

This diploma thesis focuses on the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, which is very often discussed topic not only in the media but also on the social comunnity, whether lay or professional community. The aim of the thesis is the legal provision regarding the status of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, focusing on a comprehensive overview of the status and legal anchoring of non-profit sector, its characteristics, development and involvement in running the development of Czech society. The research question is: What impact has the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code of law, which entered into force on 1. January 2014, the non-profit sector? There is a complete theoretical overview of the characteristics of the non-profit sector and are further explained the changes that the new Civil Code brought. Based on the collected data are analyzed activities of the various forms of non-profit sector in the theoretical part. They discussed the various powers and obligations arising from NOZ to uncover the circumstances of the research question. The collected information is found that the new legislation provided for in the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code of law, is sufficient. Nongovernmental organizations are with their obligations, including the possible transformation familiar and by no means compromising functionality. Individual institutions that are not fully familiar with the NOZ is recommended to do so, to avoid future confusion in both administrative duties and in their functionality. It is also recommended for all institutions to check all the information in public registers, which are currently registered. Comprehensive amendment to the law is not recommended.

Execution carried out by selling movable property

The aim of this essay is to become acquainted with the process of the seizure by confiscating movable property and the possibility of converting the property into money. Firstly there is going to be outlined the process of seizure and laws and statutes that have to be followed in such a trial are going to be cited. Secondly all kinds of seizure procedures that a distrainor can legally use are going to be mentioned. This theme is going to be followed by the main part of this essay, which is going to include a detailed process of a job of a distrainor in case of .parts of the furniture execution Here is going to be highlighted a description and explanation of the job of an executor of the distrain office while doing the ,,fieldwork", which includes local research, communication, providing a multimedia record, reimbursement of financial expenses, inventory of the movable assets, transport of the movable assets or an auction on the spot. As being said before a process of a seizure trial is going to be described, above all the activity of the employees at the spot, legal procedures of the distrainors while executing a parts of the furniture execution, but also the rights and duties of the individuals involved in the process and the ways of their civil defense.

Legal status of the animal in the New Civil Code

Legal status of the animal has been changed on the basis of a recodification of the previous Civil Code. The Act no. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code does not contain
a narrower definition of the animal, and it was thus seen as a thing in the legal sense. The Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code already specifies the animal in detail regarding it as
a living being gifted with senses. This thesis presents a comprehensive overview of the changes in the status of the animal. It also deals with the issue of permanent identification for dogs. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part presents a comprehensive summary regarding the status of animals in the new Civil Code and its comparison with the previous legislation, as well as summary information concerning the identification the dogs with chip and tattoo. The practical part, which is in relation to the theoretical part, focuses on own survey on awareness of the general public concerning the status of the animal, especially in connection with the new code and mapping the number of chipped dogs and differences in public attitudes towards the introduction of a nationwide obligation of permanent identification for dogs.

Autonomy of universities in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the self-governance of universities as one of the types of professional self-governance in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretic part of the thesis is to create a compact sum of university self-governance attributes in the Czech Republic within the context of self-governance. The thesis is especially concerned with basic issues of university self-governance, their legal, personal and economic grounds. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate, by means of a questionnaire survey, the impact of the contemplated changes in this field, which are to be brought by the prepared reform of higher education system.

Legal Status of Animals in New Civil Code

This thesis deals with the legal status of animals in the new Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll.
Firstly, thesis briefly describes the history of animals in the legislation. Thereafter, the theoretical part focuses on the individual provisions of the animal in the paragraph wording. Thesis defines the term animal and The categories of animals in new Civil Code. Thesis also focuses on the Restrictions on ownership, An animal without a master, Finding animal for which it is obvious that has the owner, The fruits of the animals, Servitude related with animals and The lessee's right to behave a pet in the apartment. The thesis in detail deals with a very important issue such as Damage caused by animals and Compensation for injury to the animal.
Own part of the thesis focuses on the finding and identification of citizens' views on the new legislation. Data are collected via questionnaire. Several hypotheses are defined. Afterwards, the verification of theoretical knowledge in practice and the overall summary of the legislation follow. There are proposed measures to eliminate them from the identified shortcomings in the legislation.

Legal regulation of position of a mayor of a municipality

This thesis deals with the legal of position of a mayor of a municipality. The thesis has two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the history of position of the mayor, the powers, the duties, the responsibility of the mayor, the relation of the mayor with other authority of a municipality and the elaction of the mayor. The practical part has two parts: the direct election and the actual legal position of the mayor. The own resarch is based by the questionnaire and the interviews. The chapter of the election contains the proposition model of the election and the opinions of the mayors on this problems. The chapter of the actual legal position deals with the opinions of the mayors on their authority and responsibility, they have in their position. After, the results of the theoretical and practical part sum up the upshot.

Financing of social services in the Liberec Region

In connection with the provision. § 95 point. g) and h) the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Coll. and the principle of subsidiarity ranges from 1.1 2015 responsibility for the implementation of subsidy management of social services in each region. In order to fulfill the obligations specified in the provisions. § 95 point. g) and h)), the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Coll is provided counties purpose subsidies from the state budget to finance the expenses associated with the provision of basic kinds and forms of social services. It provides grants to regional Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. On the county goes over all the administrative agenda, which entails an increase in claims on co-operation in the planning of social services in its territory. The main impact of the transition funding to a greater extent responsible for implementing the subsidy procedure. County handles the medium-term plan for the development of social services in collaboration with the regional municipalities and representatives of social service providers. Evaluates the performance of social service development plans and determines the network of social services in the region. The provision of funds from grant providers of social services is decided by Act no. 250/2000 Coll., On budgeting rules and regulations of the European Union regarding public support for funding. Their amount is made by the regional assembly in accordance specified conditions.

Creating of Municipality Enactments

The Bachelor thesis deals with creating of municipality enactments, it means the authority of village to create generally binding regulations and community regulations. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the area of public administration, explains the basic terms as well as the rules and mentions its structuring into the state and local government. It also defines the status of municipalities in the area of public administration and describes scopes and competences of municipal authorities in connection with creating municipality enactments. The largest part of work is delimited for municipality enactments, their structure, procedure and rules of issuance. And last but not least it deals with inspection and control of generally binding regulations and community regulations.
The practical part deals with creating municipality enactments of municipality called Slabce, it is situated in the Central Bohemian Region. The village is briefly described here at first and then the work is focused on generally binding regulations effective in the present day. The end of practical part includes results of questionnaire, which found out knowledge and awareness of inhabitants Slabce of the local generally binding regulations.
