1 Abstract Title: Effect of physical exercise during pregnancy to diafragma pelvis Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to point out the influence of the appropriately chosen regular exercise during pregnancy on the state of the pelvic floor, especially after childbirth. Methods: Six selected probands, first-time mothers, aged 29-34 completed a four- month exercise plan that was specifically prepared for pregnant women. During the exercise, they communicated their feelings, and these were reported in the case reports. The pelvic floor was evaluated by an ultrasound examination after the childbirth. The ultrasound examination was performed by professional staff at the ÚPMD at 6 weeks, 6 months, and 12 months postpartum. The mothers provided me with their documentations from the individual examinations. Further, the interviews were conducted with individual probands, where anamnesis was taken using questions, and subjective feelings were ascertained not only during exercise, but also during and after the childbirth. The questions were aimed at experiences associated with the pelvic floor. Results: All probands completed the exercise program in its entirety. The Resilience and Coping Strategies of Female Victims of Sexual Assault

Thesis focuses on resilience and coping strategies among female victims of sexual assault. The theoretical part defines the concept of sexual assault and its prevalence in the general population, resilience as a psychological construct and coping. The last chapter discusses the process of coping with the experience of sexual assault and the application of resilience and coping factors to such a context. In the empirical section, we present a comprehensive research design that aims to identify important psychosocial factors that may predict the severity of PTSD symptomatology in female victims of sexual assault.
