Proposal of the Expansion for the Czech Company to the New Zeland Markets

The subject of the thesis is the proposal of the expansion strategy of the selected company in the New Zealand market. The selected company is based in Brno and is engaged in the production of equipment for wastewater treatment. The thesis is divided into four parts. The introductory part defines the problem, sets the main and sub-objectives to be achieved and describes the methods used. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the problem addressed. This part is followed by an analytical part with an analysis of the current state of society. The last part contains the actual solution proposals, including a financial plan and timetable.

Comparison of employment policy in the Czech Republic and Austria

The main goal of the thesis is comparison of economy of the Czech Republic and economy of nearly similar European union state, Austria. The first fundamental step is description of the main macroeconomics indicators, economic policy and employment policy. This basis allows to perform detailed analysis of both states‘s economies and their mutual comparison. The main purpose is to define, in which fields were the approaches of each state successful, and which fields remain as opportunity for future improvement.

Vliv pachové preference na reprodukční úspěch u hraboše polního

The aim of this work is to find out whether odor preference can affect the reproductive success of voles. Odors are generally able to reveal a lot of information about his carrier, according to which individuals may be able to choose a more compatible partner. With this partner, they increase the probability of transferring good genes to their offspring. The more investing sex is the one he chooses, and for most species it is the females. In the T-labyrinth, we gave the females a choice of odors from two males and, according to the time spent with one or the other, we evaluated the preference for one of them using a monitoring program. The females were then paired with either the male they preferred or the male they did not prefer. The number of pups from each pair was the main indicator for evaluating our results. These show that female voles are able to choose a more suitable partner according to their smell, with whom they produce more offspring.

The aim of this work is to use the literature research to map current knowledge about the effect of odour preference on reproductive success in mammals focusing on voles. As assortative pairing is referred to each form of non-random pairing. Most of the time is meant a situation in which individuals who have similar phenotypes pair more often. The opposite is the situation where individuals with different phenotypes pair more often. This is sometimes referred to as negative assortative or disassortative pairing. In particular, this study deals with non-random pairing among to body odour . These are mainly linked to genes for the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in animals, which play a key role in the immune system. MHC gene products found in various body secretions form the specific odour of each individual. In the research part were searched question for following questions: How is the breeding partner chosen? Is Assortative or Disassortative Pairing More Frequent? What information does body odour convey? What channels is the odour information transmitted and received? How is odour preference testing solved in laboratory conditions? In the practical part, a plan of the experiment is presented in which T-labyrinth will play the main role in determining the odour preference. Under laboratory conditions, voles will have plenty of time to complete the process

Her way of life and her thoughts, in particular those regarding universal vocation to sainthood and mission influenced the Second Vatican Council. Her prophetic inspiration about lay dignity based on baptism was after thirty years expressed in many council documents and so contributed to a change of lay status in the Church.
