Kinesio-therapeutic Programme for Short-term Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia Diagnosis

Název: Kinezioterapeutický program pro pacienty s diagnózou schizofrenie v režimové léčbě krátkodobé hospitalizace Kinesioterapeutical Programme for a Short Term Hospitalized Patients with a Schizophrenia Diagnosis. Cíle práce: Cílem práce je popsat nově vytvořený kinezioterapeutický program pro pacienty se schizofrenním onemocněním v režimové léčbě krátkodobé hospitalizace a ověřit vhodnost zařazení tohoto programu jako podpůrné terapeutické metody. Metoda: Kinezioterapeutický program byl testován pomocí testu POMS. U zjištěných pozorování byla provedena průzkumová analýza dat s testy normality. Statistické šetření vyřčených hypotéz bylo provedeno Wilcoxonovým párovým testem. Výsledky: Výsledky osvětlují působení nového Kinezioterapeutického programu na aktuální psychický stav respondentů účastnících se tohoto pilotního výzkumu. For the method a questionnaire was chosen which includes semantic differentials and separate sentences. The respondents were selected based on availability.The 26 respondents included in this research were all women diagnosed with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. All were hospitalized in a eating disorder unit. The outcome of the study confirmed that video confrontation resulted in the patients describing their own body as more elegant, and had lowered the feeling of being unsure or uninterested in their own body. In the case of patients with anorexia nervosa a specific influence was found in that the patients' perception of their own body changed to more elegant and valuable. Systematic Review of Researches Trstiny Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatement of Eating Disorders

Title: Systematic Review of Researches Testing Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatment of Eating Disorders. Goal: The goal of this research is to organize the knowledge of past therapeutic researches and cross- connect this knowledge gained through experiments for the benefit of daily psychotherapeutic work and future researches. Methods: The design of the study follows the design of Systematic Review, which carries the highest evidence in the hierarchy of scientific evidence, and which offers the strongest knowledge for practical use. In this research were included studies testing Movement and Body Techniques on samples of patients with Eating Disorders and which were published in English till the year 2008. Results: This research confirms that for the treatment of eating disorders, therapies using body and movement oriented techniques have been used, tested and published since 1970. By the end of the year 2008 there are 41 published researches in the English language. The evidence-based quality of the researches in this field is very good. In 59% of the studies, the strength of the evidence reaches the third of four levels of scientific evidence. Comparison of psychological effects of application behavioral versus cognitive behavioral units on the obese.

Název: Porovnání účinku aplikace behaviorální a kognitivně behaviorální cvičební jednotky na psychiku obézního jedince. Title: Comparison ofpsychological effects of application behavioral versus cognitive behavioral units on the obese. Cíle práce: Aplikace jednotek do pohybového programu obézních frekventantek kurzu. Srovnat vliv na psychiku zúčastněných jedinců kurzu A) při jeho behaviorální aplikaci. B) při jeho kognitivně behaviorální aplikaci. Metody práce: Na výzkumný vzorek 19 obézních frekventantek kurzu byl aplikován u skupiny A specifický pohybový program a u skupiny B pohybový program s následnou reflexí. Působení obou programů bylo sledováno dotazníkem POMS a obě skupiny byly podrobeny záměrnému pozorování. Výsledky: Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly silnější účinky aplikace kognitivně behaviorální cvičební jednotky (B) na aktuálně prožívaný psychosomatický stav obézních jedinců v porovnání s aplikaci behaviorální jednotky (A).
