Criminal law in the Czech Republic and in Islamic countries

The aim of this bachelor's dissertation is primarily to increase knowledge about Czech criminal law and to introduce Islamic criminal law. The work is in particular focused on criminal law - the development of criminal law and its sources, criminal liability of the individuals, offenses and types of penalties. The most essential chapter of the dissertation is the third one, whereas these two regulations are compared and where are also emphasized their mutual differences.
Legislation and sactions of money laundering in European Union

The bachelor thesis is focused on legislation of money laundering in European Union. The work is divided into 4 parts - first chapter is devoted to legislation of money laundering outside the EU, second chapter is concentrated on European legislation concerning this topic. Then there is a system of sanctions and penalties for money laundering in general and those of 3 selected EU member countries described in the third chapter. The practice of European court of Justice is shown on specific judgements as a practical part of this thesis in last chapter. The aim of this thesis is to answer a question of whether the European Union is successful in fight against money laundering.
Property crime with the focus on theft

According to the name, my bachelor's thesis analyses property crime focusing especially on theft. First, I describe property crimes (part V of the criminal code), their general characteristics, possible division and then there are mentioned another parts of the criminal code or another laws that have connection with property crimes. However, the most important aim of my thesis is to deal with theft (§ 205 of the criminal code). I am focusing on the concept of theft, its general characteristics and development stages. Afterwards, I am comparing the crime theft with theft as a minor offence. The last chapter of my bachelor's thesis describes all the crucial distinctions between crimes theft and robbery. The whole thesis is based on case law.
Exaction of commitments in the field of copyright law

This Diploma thesis focuses on copyright law and mainly on the individual legal institutions, licenses and agreements, under which the contractual relationship between the author and the licensee if formulated. In the conclusion, the linking with another branch of law, the execution of a decision, proposes a solution for the author of a work defined by the Copyright Act, regarding the recovery of their claims from a licensee, in case they are not compensated accordingly for providing a license to their work. The aim of this thesis is to process and explain these legal issues in such a way, which will enable even an inexperienced reader to understand the sometimes complex legal texts.
Enterprises in the Czech republic and in France

The thesis deals with enterprises in the Czech republic and in France from the legal point of view. Nowadays, the most establishing enterprise is Limited liability company. This is the main reason why the thesis focuses on this type of enterprise. The first chapter contains introduction to terms. The second and third chapters deal with enterprises in both countries, especially s.r.o. and SARL. The thesis describes the process of establishing of a company, relations of company and its owners, rights and obligations of company's representatives and the process of dissolution of a company. The last chapter contains comparison of the legal system s.r.o. and SARL.
Development of administrative justice

Bachelor's Thesis deals with a development of administrative justice. The first part of the paper defines the term of administrative justice in general and then describes various types. The second part is focused on the history of administrative justice in our country. The third part describes the current legislation in the Czech Republic. The fourth section is entirely devoted to the Supreme Administrative Court. Define the function and organization at first and then there are analyzed specific examples of it's case law.
Citizen participation in community activities

Bachelor thesis contributes to a summary of basic legal options that guide us if we seek for civil initiative and participation in community activities. The work is divided into seven chapters. The last chapter is practically oriented. The first theoretical part should be used as a list of options with which as citizens or municipalities or cities we can get in context. Note the difference between municipalities with separate and delegated competence I am giving the brief information about the basic institutions of the village and I am focusing on the principles of good governance. I am also mentioning the European Charter of Local Self-Government because it establishes the guidelines and principles of European governments. In the practical part I applied the information to the municipality Broumov where I monitored the actual use of the possibilities and involving citizens in community activities.
Criminal Liability of Corporations in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom

The bachelor's thesis addresses criminal liability of corporations in the Czech Republic as well as in the United Kingdom. The main aim of this work is to define who legal person is, what criminal liability of corporations specifically means, how it came to existence and what effect it has on public. At the same time this thesis deals with types of criminal offences which legal person might commit and also types of sanctions for these criminal offences. But essential point is to compare these two legal models of criminal liability of corporations and point out the main differences.
Types of sanctions

The thesis deals with the issues of sanctions and protection of legal persons in the Czech Republic. It is focused on the detailed analysis of some sanctions, that can be found in the area of our law. Dissolution of a company § 16, confiscation of corporate property by the Czech government § 17, a fine § 18, confiscation of movables by the Czech government § 19, ban on particular activities of a company § 20 and protection of movables by the Czech Republic § 26 are covered in this work. Relevant international law is also mentioned. Futhermore the thesis deals with punishment of financial institutions, punishment of foreign legal entities, and also describes general principles of punishment. In the conclusion a few considerations about the importance of Law on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons are offered.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce types of punishments in the Czech Republic and the United States of America. It is mainly focused on specific punishments. Marginally, the thesis is concerned with the specific aspects of Czech and American law, sources of law and the general principles of imposing a sentence. In the conclusion, a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of particular systems is offered.
