Automation of stators production
Šula, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace layout for finishing operations on the stator of an electric motor. Three variants of the workplace layout were created, these variants were evaluated, and then the most suitable variant was selected. Suitable subcomponents have been created for this variant, such as the end effector, deburring spindles, rotary stand and milling table. A risk analysis was also created for her to ensure the safety and protection of the operator. The most suitable variant was transferred to the Process Simulate software, where its functionality was verified and the real cell cycle was determined.
Design of a band saw with an automatic exchange of saw blades
Šula, Martin ; Merenus, Ondřej (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a band saw with automatic exchange of three saw bands for cutting of steel rods or profiles. It also deals with the design of solution variants, design of selected variant and calculation. The result of the calculations is the safety check with respect to the elastic limit states, the fatigue control and the bearing life calculation. It also contains an economic assessment of the variant.
Assessing the Financial Health of a Company Operating in International Environment and Proposals for Improvements
Kaňa, Jakub ; Šula, Martin (referee) ; Zinecker, Marek (advisor)
The diploma thesis evaluates the strategic position and the level of financial health of a selected internationally operating company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical concepts of strategic and financial analysis. The analytical part evaluates the strategic position of the company and its financial situation. The last part of the thesis presents a proposal for the company's expansion strategy.

Production of spare part of cooling from electromotor with the use of rapid prototyping technology
Šula, Martin ; Mikulka, Vít (referee) ; Macků, Martin (advisor)
This work is focused on making the damaged part cooling. Damage to the fan part was modeled in Autodesk Inventor, converted to the output format, and then use technology Rapid Prototyping printed using additive methods Fused Deposition Modelling. The work is the production of silicone molds, which was cast using the cooling fan motor. Finally, work is an economic evaluation of production of ten pieces.
