Content of my diploma thesis is to set light to basics of database information systems. This thesis provides a summary of information system architectures. These information systems are analysed with focus on their effectiveness and efficient use in the enterprise oriented on real estate management. After analyzing these IS architectu-res, analysis of the selected company´s IS and company as such, follows the creation of design of an information system according to the estabilished facts, specifications and requirements for the particular company.

The Examination of Information System of Organization and Proposal Changes

This diploma thesis is focused on problems and proposals of changes of information system in a small company. On basic of results of analises of present situation I have found out some missing things in information system which I try to solve by sever proposals and in the other hand discover strongnes and oportunities which should become in present information system a new way for solving existing problems. Those positive aspects of present solutions should be overtaken in change proposals. My suggesting changes in information system are evaluate according conditions that were given in advance due to this company and its asks. After that is chosen the best solving which is the most effective. The chosen way is being watched and evaluated from economic aspects and other possitive things for organization.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a partial information system for the selected entrepreneur. The design is based on an analysis of the current state of the business. It includes a creation of a data model, software selection, system behaviour, and hardware specification with consideration of requirements, costs and benefits.
