Workload and stress of rescue service workers

The bachelor work discuss about workload and stress of the people working at salvage and rescue service. The main target of theoretical part is focused on urgent reaction to stress, post- traumatic stress disorder, burn-out syndrome and post-traumatic interventional care. The work is based on quantitative research. I've analyzed unit factors of stress at rescue workers, exposition measure to critical events, stress display measure after traumatic accident and way of face up to stress based on anonymous survey. The target of the work is focused on interest of rescue workers in booming post-traumatic care for rescue services. Investigation sample is composed from rescue workers - doctor, medical rescue worker, nurse with PSS and driver-rescue worker. Questionnaire rate of return was 71,5%.
Return of patients with the diagnosis of schizophrenia to society in relation to greality of life

In the opening part are described beliefs about the quality of life in general and factors which affect it. The following part contains social aspects of of nursing as a profession in the history, the beginning of Czech nursing education. There are also described working conditions, a nursing uniform formation. In the empiric part were set down goals and related appropriate hypothesis.Two questionnaires were made - for nurses and family members .The results were recorded into charts and graphs. The main task in the empiric part was to authenticate the correctness of the hypothesis and fulfilling the given goals. One of the main goals was to find out how the nursing carrer affects her personal life.

The use of restrictive means at patients

The bachelor's work deals with patients'view of the use of restrictive means. In the theoretical part are given a brief history overview of the mentally ill and attitudes towards them, methods of treatment, ways of patients'hospitalization, separate kinds of restrictive means and indication to their use. In the empiric part are evaluated interviews with seven female patients, hospitalized in the Psychiatric Clinic in Havlíčkův Brod, that were restricted in a protective net bed. The aim was to determine the females patients' view of single phases relating to the restriction and their confrontation with documentation and the care staff's view. The patients'attitude towards the given-topic interview was helpful, they willingly answered most of the 107 asked questions. The quality probe found out that the patients themselves did not assess the single restriction negatively, they admitted its validity and its beneficial effect in most of the cases. The most contradictory were descriptions of situations leading to the restrictions.

Bachelor thesis explores bullying in the workplace, especially one of its forms - mobbing. The theoretical part focuses on clarifying the concept of mobbing. Characterized by its causes, consequences, and forms. It describes the consequences of mobbing possibilities of defense, protection and prevention. It refers to the resulting negative consequences for the health of both the victim and society as a whole. The focus of the work consists of a quantitative survey focused on the incidence of mobbing of non-medical health professionals. The research sample consists of practicsing health staff nurses and a patient care assistants in the Pardubice Regional Hospital. Another goal of this work is to determine the effect of mobbing on the negative changes in personal life, the quality of work and changes of employment.

This paper deals with menthal anorexia and menthal bulimia of young girls. It revers to occurence of menthal anorexia and menthal bulimia in Czech Republic in the area of Hradec Králové. The practical part is based on quantity research. This research expores knowledges of young- teenage girls, risk behaviour and it explores how is playing musical instrument and singing infuencing food intake. In reseearch there are explore girls that attends 7th, 8th, 9th clases at the basic school with a view to music.
Quality of life and problems concerning the care of the patients with diagnosis mental anorexy

Key words: mental anorexy, affects of the starvation on the human organism, warning symptoms, reasons, medicinal treatment and nursery, questionnaire This bachelor dissertation concentrates on the quality of life of the people with the serious disease connected with the disorder of food reception - mental anorexy. In the teoretical part I am concentrated on the questions of the reasons, utterances, medicinal treatment and the problems concerning the medicinal nurses approach to such patiens. The core of this dissertation is based on the quantitative research in the form of questionnaire, concentrated on the investigation of the quality of life during the mentioned issues.
