Research of service quality of selected fitness center

Title: Research of service quality of selected fitness center Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to identify the problematic areas of services provided by the selected fitness center and define specific proposals and recommendations for the management of the organization leading to the improvement of customer service. Methods: Research service quality of selected fitness center was used the modificated SERVQUAL questionnaire for sport services in Czech republic. This questionnaire compares the expected quality of services in an excellent fitness center to the actually perceived service quality in the selected club. The data collection took place in the period from February 2020 to March 2020. Results: Based on the analysis of the service quality, it seems that the offered quality of fitness centre services is at a relatively high level. However, the research also identified some shortcomings in the individual indicators and found room for improvement. According to the identified shortcomings, recommendations and other steps were proposed to the fitness centre, which should contribute to even better services. Title: Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction in Tenis Center Dobříš Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out customer satisfaction with the service provided in Tenis Center Dobříš. Based on the data from survey and identified shortcomings suggest proposals to improve customer service. Methods: Marketing research was based on questionnaire survey. Writing questionnaire method was chosen. It is a primary data. The results are clearly summarized into graphs. To acquire informations of actual situation was used semi-structured interview. Information from interview leads to the creation of the questionnaire. Results: The results of marketing analysis shows, that customers of Tenis Center Dobříš are mostly satisfied. There were also identified the shortcomings and on their base were developed suggestions to improve the current quality. Keywords: Service, service quality sports marketing, service marketing mix

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the particular elements of sparse vegetation, which are located in the cadastral territory of Třebějice, their input into the map and creating a design of their planting. Sparse vegetation has landscape formation features such as harmonic function and soil conservation functions. It increases diversity of species and is an important place of refuge and food source for wildlife. The elements of sparse vegetation are described in this thesis. It also looks on their health, species composition and functionality. The individual elements are entered into the map, in the latter map it is marked with a proposal of planting.
