Ilona Fátorová Title of diploma thesis: Current posibilities of laboratory diagnostics of septic state The aim of the thesis is to conduct a literature search on the causes of septic conditions, their laboratory and clinical diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, the aim is to compare laboratory markers for the early detection of sepsis and statistically evaluate the results. The theoretical part deals with the history and development of the definition of sepsis, pathophysiology of septic conditions, their causative agents, risk factors and therapy. Furthermore, it comprises clinical and laboratory diagnostics with emphasis on the description of currently used and potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of sepsis. The practical part consists of statistical analysis of the dependence of selected hematological parameters Ret-He, ICIS score, NLR ratio and biochemical parameters PCT, CRP and IL-6 on the incidence of sepsis or SIRS in the studied group of patients. Černošice, Prague's summer resort at the end of 19th and in the first decades of 20th century. Contribution to the recognition of birth and development of the recreational activities of urban inhabitants in the industrial era

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of the suburban summer resorts and the recreational activities of the inhabitants of Prague in the second half of 19th century and first decades of 20th century. At first, the work introduces the following topics: a general characteristic of the industrialization era, an origin and initial development of the middle class, a villa with the garden on the periphery of the industrial city as a specific manifestation of the middle class culture, a phenomenon of the garden cities, recreational activities as a specific way of the middle class recreation. Then, the summer resort is introduced. This summer resort is Černošice, one of the most famous summer resorts of this era, there were other famous summer resorts of the inhabitants of Prague situated in his neighbourhood, for example Všenory or Dobřichovice. This work is looking for the answers to the following questions: What kind of factors or events led to the birth of this summer resort? (for example: When was the summer resort created? Why was it atractive for the inhabitants of Prague?)? The use of educational computer programs in teaching czech language in small schools with multi-age classrooms.

My diploma thesis is about {\clqq}Usage of educational PC software in teaching czech language on small-class schools``. First of all, I would like to describe the developement of small-class schools. From their beginnings to their present state a meaning to the society. Then I describe the educational PC software which are used by czech small-class schools. An important part is also their approval by contemporary society a the usage of this software in teaching czech language. I used qualitative research with surveailance probe, in which I measured the usage of educational PC software in the small-class schools in the area around České Budějovice. In my interest was also approach of the teachers and what they consider positives and negatives of including this software into teaching czech language. The whole work then consists of mapping the usage of educational PC software in teaching czech language on small-class schools.
