Highway bridge ower the II/464 road

The master´s thesis is about detailed design of highway bridge from prestressed concrete between the cities Brno and Ostrava. The construction is continuous and consists from three fields. Internal forces was taken from software SCIA Engineer. The static assessment was realized according to limit states. Counstruction is evaluated according to the current standards.
Bridge over the Kyselá voda brook valley

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the ghrinder bridge over the Kyselá voda brook valley. The main topic is static calculation of supporting construction of six span structure. Two studies were executed and the second option, pre-stressed girder bridge was chosen. The lenght of the spans is 27 + 6 x 35 + 27 m. Static model and effect of loading are solved in software Scia Engineer. Reviews are calculated by hand according to current standards.
Cold recycling of flexible pavements

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on recycling of the flexible pavements in general, namely cold recycling. This modern technology was introduced in the Czech Republic after 1989. The first half of the thesis describes theoretically various types of recycling of flexible pavements, where the greatest attention is paid to this technology. The second part describes the section of the modernization D1 motorway where this cold recycling was applied. The technological process, including visual documentation and control tests, is documented.
Bridge over the Dyje river valley

Master's thesis deals with design of the road bridge through the deep valley of the river Dyje. Three studies are designed, from which the variation of one-cellbox cantilevered girder with three spans is chosen. In structural analysis, the influence of time analysis is considered. Master's thesis includes detailed structural analysis, opinions are made according to European standards. The limit states for temporary and permanent design values are assessed. Part of the work are drawings, representation of the construction process and vizualization of the bridge.
Bridge over a brook and local road

The aim of the diploma thesis is the proposal of a bridge structure in the direction of Frýdek-Místek - Mosty u Jablunkova. A bridge is used to overcome the local road and Malý javorový stream. From three alternatives is selected a post-tensioned two-beam concrete struction and assessed according to the limit states. It is developed clear and detail drawings and visualization of the bridge.
Bridge on a motorway

The subject of Diploma’s thesis is the design of a road bridge on the R1 expressway, at km 1,293 above the road III/51311. The main content is static calculation of supporting structure consisting of four spans. Four studies were processed and the first variant of double-girder monolithic structure was chosen. The range of spans is ranging from 25 m - 30 m. Double-girder consists of two post-tensioned concrete beams and reinforced concrete slab. Static models and load effects are solved in Scia Engineer. Bridge is located in the horizontal curvature, however, compromise was elected (because of small curvature), assessing the upright design. Calculation is made without effects of temperature, wind loads and horizontal forces causing by traffic.
Bridge over the Živný Brook

This thesis occupies with the design of the road bridge over the stream Živný, a railway lane and a projected road between Běleč village and Husinec village. There are designed three variants of bridges. The variant no. 1 – continuous box girded beam – was chosen for the detailed analysis. The pre-stressed concrete road bridge is designed and evaluated according to European standards – Euro codes. The sequential construction influence and its impact on the construction is also considered in the calculations. The drawing documentation and the visualization of the bridge are made.
Flyover bridge on the I/57 road

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a continuous bridge construction of five fields in the direction of the town Albrechtice - Opava. The bridge overcame local roads and railway tracks and is part of the bypass of Albrechtice. From the three proposed variants, a pre-stressed two-beam structure was selected for the detailed solution and it is assessed according to the limit states and includes the effects of gradual construction. Further detailed drawings are drawn up.
Design of low-noise asphalt mixtures

The Master’s thesis is focused on low-noise asphalt mixtures in general, namely asphalt concrete for very thin layers with low noise (BBTM 8 NH) and stone mastic asphalt with low noise (SMA 8 NH). The first half of the thesis describes basic types of asphalt mixtures with low noise, requirements for raw materials (aggregates and asphalt), noise emissions and their measurement methods. The second part deals the design of BBTM 8 NH and SMA 8 NH so that they have the same voids. Subsequently, their parameters were tested. Acoustic absorption, resistence against permanent deformation and stiffness. Test methods are described and evaluated.
Bridge on a highway

Diploma thesis deals with design of oblique highway bridge over the valley brook Pustějovského. Two-joist girder of three spans is selected from the three proposed variants. Static calculation is drafted according to European norem- Eurocode. The structure is designed and assessed for limit states temporary and permanent load conditions. And a further is elaborated detailed and well-arranged drawing documentation, visualization of bridge and construction procedure.
