Transfer and Backup of Text Messages (SMS)

The subject of this bachelor thesis are two cooperating applications to backup, restore and to view SMS messages. The first of the implemented applications, designed for the Android operating system can backup and restore SMS messages using XML file. The application also enables synchronization of the imported file with existing short text messages. The second application is used as an extension for Thunderbird email client. This extension lets you view imported text messages, synchronize your saved short text messages with contacts in SMS threads, search in saved file and synchronize existing SMS information with newly imported file. The extension also allows exporting a file with SMS messages and uses this exported file in application for Android operating system.

The need for safety and security for nurses in The leading position

The topic of the bachelor thesis deals with the need for safety and security in nurses in leadership positions. Nurses in leadership positions are responsible for the quality of nursing care, ensuring staffing and equipment in this context. Security and safety needs must be guaranteed to perform the function. The theoretical part defines the needs and focuses on the middle line of nursing managers. Three objectives have been set: 1. To find out how nurses working in leadership positions perceive the safety and security needs in these days. 2. To identify factors which affect the saturation of safety and security needs of nurses in leadership positions. 3. To point out the possibility of improving the saturation of safety and security needs of nurses working in a leading position. Answers to research questions were obtained by qualitative design, questioning method, in-depth interview technique have been obtained for fulfillment goals. The research sample was managers, head nurses in a selected medical facility in the South Bohemian Region. The research investigation revealed the need for safety and security of nurses in leadership positions, gaps in the areas of communication, motivation, evaluation, cover of qualified staff, safe working environment and the absence of managerial supervision. The same deficiency factors affect the saturation of these needs. It's necessary to improve mutual trust for the saturation of safety and security needs improvement. The results of the research of the bachelor's thesis will be presented at the meeting of head nurses with the subsequent possibility of designing a specific seminar for nurses working in a leading position. Reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings Abstract The aim of the thesis is to describe comprehensively the issue of reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings and enforcement proceedings. Sometimes, it is considered to be only a marginal part of the civil procedure, however the reimbursement of costs is certainly very important for both parties to a case. Reimbursement of costs of proceedings is a very interesting topic that has been undergoing turbulent development in recent years. The thesis is divided into an introduction, three main parts and a conclusion. The introduction focuses mainly on the definition of the objectives of the thesis and subsequently the interest of the general public in the issue of reimbursement of cost is analyzed. The first part provides the general description of the institute of costs of proceedings and defines the essential terms related to this issue. Subsequently, the types of costs of proceedings and legal regulation connected with them are examined. The second part of the thesis focuses on reimbursement of costs in trial proceedings. The initial chapter explicates general rules contained in the Civil Procedure Code, which are based mainly on the principle of success in the case and the principle of fault.
