Zemanová, Kateřina ; Sedláková, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Bečka, David (referee)
This literature review study quality of rapeseed oil in details, depending on heritable and non-heritable factors. Consumption of rapeseed oil is growing every year and in addition to use in human nutrition is also used in animal feed industry or as fuel for motor vehicles. The rapeseed oil has especially a large representation of oleic acid. Furthermore, it is linoleic acid and linolenic acid and undesirable erucic acid, whose quantity is considerably reduced. It is important to mention glucosinolate content, as antinutritional substances, which is reduced together with erucid acid which is known as "00" rapeseed oil. All these components are described in details in this review. The content of fatty acids in rapeseed oil may be influenced both genetic factors and environmental factors. Selection plays a significant role in breeding. Suitably selecting the correct genotypes along with environmental influences can reach the desired target. An important role is played by the synthesis of fatty acids, where in using a desaturation enzymes of fad series, there is desaturation of stearic acid to oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. With QTL method, it can be detected genetic background of quantitative traits. Major genes responsible for the quality of rapeseed oil are located on the chromosome A, namely A1, A3, A5 and A8, which are mentioned in the work.

A more detailed analysis and a better assessment of the impact of low interest rates on bank profitability are used decomposition of return on equity, which did not show the effect of low interest rates on return on assets. A more relevant indicator for assessing the impact of low interest rates is the net interest margin, reflecting a negative impact with half of all banks. The financial analysis results were confirmed in a subsequent regression analysis, which examined a variety of internal and external determinants of profitability including the impact of low interest rates. The impact of low interest rates, there was again demonstrated only in the net interest margin, but it certainly can not talk about the dominant factor.

Zemanová, Kateřina ; Smrčka, Luboš (advisor) ; Zámečník, Petr (referee)
This diploma thesis inquires into the system of retirement pensions in Czech Republic which is based on two pillars. The first pillar comprises of mandatory elemental pension insurance which provides for over 94 % of incomes of today's retirees. The second pillar mainly comprises of additional voluntary retirement insurance with benefits and some products of life insurance. Considering actual setting of the pensions system based almost solely on pay as you-go funding (PAYG), though substantially demographically reliant, this situation won't be sustainable in the long term. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out approximate retirement pension income for different groups based on different amount of wages and connected drop in income especially considering actual changes which are in effect since October 2011. The crucial part of the thesis is subsequently focused on options for private saving through the third complementary pillar with concentration on development of selected indicators in additional retirement insurance with benefits and calculation of the amount of lifelong pension.
