The aim of bachelor’s thesis is the development of technological processes for implementing a set of works known as a stage of coarse substructure. Bachelor’s thesis is being processed for extension of shopping centre Centro Zlín, labelled as a Phase IV. Bachelor’s thesis contains a technical report, technological prescription, principles of organization construction, design of mechanical assembly for the stage, scheduling with balance of resources, inspection and test plan, health and safety plan, budget.

The content of bachelor´s thesis is the construction and technological project a residentialbuilding Luže. The project includes technological regulations for earthwork and foundation constructions. Regulations are supplemented by testing and inspection plans, appropriate machinery and equipment assembly site. It is addressed scheduling, the budget of the construction stages - earthwork and foundation construction and safety.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the solution of selected technological study for construction of residential building. The main content of this work is the technological realization of the main technological stages with a detailed focus on gross upper structure. For the gross stage of the upper structure are developed technological processes for the implementation of masonry construction and installation of ceiling construction, time and financial plan, mechanization plan and design of site equipment.

Residential House Zlin, South slopes-technological phase coarse substructure

In the bachelor thesis is solved a technological phase of rough bottom construction of a residential house in the housing estate of Jižní Svahy in Zlín. Work is divided into two phases. The first one includes trench work of a construction pit and ground basic stretches. The second one includes concreting of reinforced concrete stretches and reinforced concrete walls. In these parts of construction there are worked out technological steps, control and test plans, their time demands and proposal of available engineering sets. It is taken into consideration occupational and health safety at a place of work.
