Heating of a multifunctional building
Bros, Miroslav ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The bachelors thesis deals with the design of a hot water system for heating and hot water preparation in a multipurpose building. The building is designed for commercial, gastronomic, social, and accommodation purposes. The theoretical part describes the history, types, uses, and design of floor heating. The calculation part deals with the calculation of heat loss of the building, the design of the heating system, the hot water preparation system, the heat source, all necessary supplementary devices, and the calculation of yearly heat and fuel consumption for heating and hot water preparation of the building. The heating system is composed of floor heating and hot water heaters in ventilation units. The indirect fired hot water storage tank is used for hot water preparation. The source of heat is a cascade of two hanging gas condensing boilers.

Heating of flat house
Dvořáková, Simona ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to propose a heating and water heating system for a newly constructed apartment building situated in Slavkov u Brna. It is a three-story building without a basement that consists of two operating blocks. The first block contains office premises, the other individual units. As a heat source is proposed a gas condensing boiler which fulfills the heating requirements. The rating is solved by radiators slab, tubular.

Heating of the functionalist Villa
Křikava, Michal ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
This master´s thesis focuses on a design of a heating system in the functionalist villa Stiassni. The building is located in Brno and was used as a government villa. The objec-tive of this work is to select the appropriate type of heating system out of three differ-ent heat sources – an automatic pellet boiler, a gas boiler and an oil boiler. The theo-retical part is focused on the history of the villa Stiassnia, functionalism itself and other functionalist monuments. In the project part, the design of a heating system using the chosen type of heat source, which is a pellet boiler, is described.

Heating of flat house
Segeďa, Petr ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the heating of an apartment building in Jablunka. It is a newly built apartment building with 4 floors. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design heating and hot water for this building. In the theoretical part, I deal with the materials used for heating system pipes in heating and fittings that are used for heating. The calculation part deals with the design of the heat source, heating system, hot water heater, and radiators. The last, project part, contains a technical report and drawing documentation at the level of the implementation project.

Analysis of Ceiling Heating
Carbol, Ladislav ; Plášek, Josef (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with analysis of radiant ceiling heating in VUT dormitories. The work contains a theoretical analysis of radiant and convection heat transmission of ceiling heating. Part of this work is creation of mathematical model for evaluation of variables typical for radiant ceiling heating. Model outposts are compared with data measured on a real building.

Impact Assessment of Selected Parameters of Residential Buildings on Their Energy Performance
Vendlová, Lucie ; Rubina, Aleš (referee) ; Kabele,, Karel (referee) ; Papež,, Karel (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the impact assessment of selected parameters of residential buildings on their energy performance. Within the application of the theory of statistics database of selected residential buildings is analyzed in terms of different features that characterize it. In particular, the thermal insulating properties and individual sub-items in the energy balance are analyzed. Then the measured rate dependence of selected parameters affecting energy performance is examined using correlation and regression analysis. The results are applied in the development of computational tools for evaluating energy flows in the building.
