In bachelor’s thesis is elaborated project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is situated in peryphery of Jihlava city. The building is three-storey apartment building with a basement. There aure four apartments in the building. In Bachelor’s thesis is elaborated architect-building solutions, building – construction solutions, fire safety solutions and physics qualities of constructions.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a projektová dokumentace bytového domu v Brně, v městské časti Líšeň. Jedná se o budovu s 4 nadzemními a 1 podzemním podlažím. Celkově budova obsahuje 8 bytů, 2 na každém nadzemním podlaží. Byty na každém podlaží jsou vůči sobě zrcadlově obrácené a dispozičně totožné. Podzemní podlaží je navrhnuto hlavně jako skladovací prostory a sklepní kóje pro bytové jednotky. Konstrukčně je tato budova řešena nosnými stěnami z vápenopískových tvárnic, příčkami ze sádrokartonu a monolitickými stropy. Suterén je navržen z monolitických konstrukcí. Střecha je plochá. Budova je navrhnuta tak, aby funkčně i architektonicky zapadala do dané lokality.

This bachelor thesis deals with desing of timber frame house situated in the catastral unit Andovce, region Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic. It is a detached house with garage standing in a newly created resident area. It is designed for a family of four. There is an individual working place with separate entrance. The house has two floors without basement. Saddle roof is placed above living space of family house and garage has flat roof with attic. House is designed as a timber frame construction covered with gypsum fibreboard Fermacell.

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie k realizácii stavby pre rezidenčný bytový dom. Bytový dom sa nachádza vo Zvolene, parcely projektu spadajú pod katastrálne územie Zvolen. Miesto stavby má rovinatý profil, celý objekt je podpivničený, samostatne stojaci so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami a prístavbou s dvomi podlažiami na východnej strane pozemku. Z funkčného hľadiska ide o bytový dom prepojený s polyfunkčnou jednotkou. Koncept dispozície je pre 1, 2 a 3-izbové byty rovnaký. Navrhovaný objekt je na svoj charakter bez náročných tvarov, detailov a konštrukčných riešení. Navrhovaná stavebná činnosť preto vytvára predpoklad finančne výhodnej investície pri zachovaní stanoveného štandardu. Objekt je založený na železobetónovej základovej doske hrúbky 650mm. Všetky nosné konštrukcie v návrhu počítajú s použitím poloprefabrikovaných filigránových panelov. Hlavný strešný plášť nad posledným podlažím tvorí plochá strecha s mechanickým priťažením, hydroizolácia bude mechanicky kotvená do nosnej železobetónovej stropnej dosky. Obvodové steny budú zateplené systémovo riešeným kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom z izolačných dosiek z minerálnej vlny. Projektová dokumentácia bola vytvorená v počítačovom softvéri AutoCad.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible, first is barrier free. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

Detached house in Nové Dvory

This bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the new family house in Nové Dvory. This family house is designed with partial basement with one floor and an attic flat. I tis a free-standing object in the L-form. The house is roofed partly with a flat roof and partly with a gable roof. The masonry above the terrain consists of the Porotherm blocks. The masonry under the terrain consists of the permanent formwork. The object is insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation system. The foundation construction is designed on the concrete strip footing. The ceilings are constructed as reinforced concrete slabs. The stairs will be also of the einforced concrete. The roof truss is designed as collar beam system. The roof covering will be the prefabricated concrete tile. The flat roof is projected as green roof.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. Building is situated in the city of Židlochovice, street Nádražní on building plots 548/8 and 548/11. The apartment building have three above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement are situated cellars, bicycle and pram room, common room, workshop and technical room. In the ground floor is situated four dwelling units of size 1+kk. In the second floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk and 4+kk. In the top floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk. External walls of the basement are from permanent formwork, the rest of the external walls are made of cut brick blocks. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling of the basement is two way cast-in-place reinforced slab. The ceilings of the other floors are semi-mounted ceilings consisting of brick inserts and ceiling beams. There is a elevator in the apartment house. The roof of the building is a warm flat roof with continuous waterproofing layer of asphalt sheet. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. There is wall structural system.

This bachelor thesis deals with designing an apartment building in Příbor. It is a detached building with partial basement and three above-ground floors including nine dwellings units. On each floor there are three dwelling units. Masonry is designed partly with permanent formwork and ceramics blocks. Ceiling system is based on rein forced concrete. Roof construction is a single-skin flat profile roof. The thesis includes project documentation for counstruction work.
