Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for vegetation monitoring
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Pejchar, Jan (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to select the most appropriate platforms for the fulfillment of required flight mission. The first part reviews available unmanned vehicles suitable for vegetation monitoring and includes both commercially available and self-made types. There are presented basic parameters, recommended equipment and tested configuration of each platform. The second part includes graphical comparison of all models in different categories and the most suitable platform has been selected on its basis. The model project which is based on the selected platform is presented in the final section.
The design of the landing gear of the small two-seat airplane
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Katrňák, Tomáš (referee) ; Vaněk, František (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is modification of landing gear for accomplishment CS-23 regula-tion from that purpose, because landing gear in the use can't pass this type of certification. The first part examines the alternatives of landing gear with consideration optimal technical and eco-nomical difficulty. After finding optimal type of landing gear with shock absorber is there part of designing and computing the load. Last part of thesis is about stress analysis of whole con-cept and reconsidering final changes.
An Implementation of the Extended Game Quoridor
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Mírovský, Jiří (advisor) ; Zeman, Daniel (referee)
This thesis analyses a classic board game called Quoridor and subsequently its implementation into a form of computer multiplayer application. At first, rules and its extensions from offical version are described, namely - new type of obstacles and generalization of the game board so that it allows bigger amount of players. These specifics alter the game and bring new challenges. A description of algorithms and mathematical study that solves these problems effectively folow. The described version is compared to the original. Finally thesis write about the design, realization and important mechanisms of the application, which contains, among others, implementations of individual algorithms from this text. Program allows to test proved theorems in real environment. It is a network multiplayer game with possibility to add computer oponents.

Capturing Performance Assumptions using Stochastic Performance Logic
Trojánek, Tomáš ; Tůma, Petr (advisor) ; Bednárek, David (referee)
Performance testing is a mean used to evaluate speed of software projects. In an ideal state a project has a set of tests attached to it and such set may be repeat- edly executed in order to verify that all performance expectations are satisfied. The most widespread method of constructing these tests nowadays is based on measuring absolute time values. A test executes a chosen application unit and then compares the time it took to complete with a precise bound, which has been determined in advance. However, this approach has several disadvantages that affect reliability of such tests. First of all, the way in which those precise bounds should be established is not clear. And even if it is, then the bounds are tied to a certain hardware configuration. As a remedy, this thesis demonstrates a whole another approach, which is based on relative performance comparison. Using a logic built on top of a research published by the issuing department, chosen application units are compared together in a manner that makes results of such tests more reliable even to a change of hardware configuration. The presented theory is also implemented and verified on selected use cases. 1
