This Bachelor thesis deals with the construction a family house in Rozdrojovice, district Brno-venkov. In the project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to family house the level of documentation for building construction. Built-up area is 224,3 square meters. The house was designed for four family members. The building has three floors, two of which are above-ground and one underground. The basement is from Diton shuttering and both floors are built from Porotherm system (ceramic brick blocks). The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, energy saving and fire safety. Drawings were processed in software for design – AutoCad, Archicad
FAMILY HOUSE IN RYCHNOV NAD KNĚŽNOU

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of family house designed for four to five persons family. Part of the house is independent garage for one personal car. This object will be built in newly rise residential zone.on the edge of Hostkovice village. Family house is designed as independently standin, two-level and with full basement. In the basement there is technical room, warehouse, fitness room and sauna, wine cellar and toilet. In the first level there is vestibule, workroom, dressing room, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Kitchen, dining room and living room are connected. From living room there is access to outdoor terrace directed to the garden. In the second level there is relax zone. It consists of three childs‘ room and bedroom, completed with bathroom and dressing room. From the vestibul there is access to the balcony. Second level is designed as an attic. Roof is gabled with roof covering of clay tiles TONDACH. Supporting perimeter basement walls are composed of concrete formwork blocks CS-CONCRETE BLOCKS Formwork 30. Circuit walls above ground are made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 PRO. Horizontal supporting structure is made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO of the ceiling system POROTHERM.
Family house in Chorvátský Grob

Bachelor thesis contains project documentation of a two storey family house with a partial basement. It is a detached house situated in a residential area in Chorvatsky Grob. This family house is designed for four people. The layout is of an irregular shape which resembles the letter ‚L‘. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with an inner rounded U-shaped staircase. In the basement there is a hall which leads to a storage room, a workshop room, a laundry, and to a gym with a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, an entrance to the garage, a bathroom, a guest bedroom, a kitchen and a dining, and a living room. Furthermore, there are two outside terraces, which connect the garden with the house. Both terraces can be accessed from the living room. One of them is accessible from the guest room, the other one from the kitchen. On the first floor there are two children‘s bedrooms which lead to the winter garden. There is also an office, a bathroom and a master suite with a dressing room. The gabled roof is constructed under a 40° angle copying the layout of the house. It also has got two dormers. The outer roof is made of concrete Tondach tiles. Basement perimeter walls are made of formwork Prescot Max blocks (250x400x500mm). Floor perimeter walls are made of concrete Ytong Theta blocks (1,8-300 499x249x300mm). The vertical interior load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The vertical interior non-load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The ceiling constructions are made of traditional ceiling beams desgined by Ytong. Our ceiling is formed by various Ytong beams and inserts (P4-500 599x200x249mm).

It has two above ground and one underground floor. The building is designed from the system POROTHERM. The roof is flat with single casing.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with establishment in Machov. The building is set in a slighty sloping terrain. It has two overground floors and basement. The building is designed of system Porotherm P+D and ceiling construction of system Porotherm ceiling. The roof strukture is a flat roof.
Assessment of the Foreign and Security Policy of the 43rd American President

The main aim of the final thesis is to assess American foreign and security policy during 2001 -- 2008 using concepts of security and strategic culture. Security and strategic culture (SSC) are rather new concepts in IR, but always more attention is paid to them. Poststructuralist conception was chosen as to be the main approach towards these concepts, since it enables to work with discursive actions of strategic and security elites. On the theoretical plane, concepts of SSC are elaborated and theoretically separated. The practical level scrutinizes how the SSC influenced the key decisions within examined period and what impact strategic and security elites had on changes of SSC. The last, assessing level, analyzes how the changes of the SSC identified on practical level, influenced American foreign and security policy and also main doctrinal documents. The main focus is on the attacks of 9/11 which had a great impact on such turbulent times, wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, which were fought in response to the above mentioned attacks, and changes of the foreign and security policy of the USA in the light of the unsuccessful Global War on Terror.
US Security Policy: Comparison of Iraq and Vietnam Conflict

The conflict in Iraq is currently a heavily debated issue. Its comparison with the Vietnam War awakened many reactions and emotions. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether these two conflicts are comparable and eventually draw conclusions for the future course in Iraq and for American security policy. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the historical background of both conflicts; the second one analyzes security strategies of the United States of America. The third part consists of the comparison itself.
The choice of strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises

The subject of my bachelor dissertation is made a strategy analysis of a selected company and to suggest changes that happened strategy more effectively. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The teoretical part deals whit the definitions of the terms strategy and strategic analysis. It characterises the metods analysis of the micro environment, analysis of the macro environment and analysis of the company´s internal environment. The practical part refers to the informations from the teoretical part. The practical part contains description strategic analysis of a selected company. The ending part of this dissertation is SWOT analysis and proposes changes and new strategy for a company.
Proměny americké zahraniční bezpečnostní politiky ve 21. století

The dissertation identifies and analyzes metamorphosis of the US foreign security policy in the 21st century. The main aim is also to identify whether the United States entered a new era with the attacks of 9/11 and whether so called the Bush doctrine was an appropriate reaction to the global terrorism. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the US security strategies since WWII. In the second chapter, foreign security policy of George W. Bush and its metamorphosis is analyzed. The last chapter is devoted to the security strategies of Barack Obama.
