This bachelor´s thesis focuses on marketing research of customer satisfaction for Bobinie Photography. Theoretical part thesis pursues to define marketing concepts, methods and techniques of marketing research, further it is concentrated on customer satisfaction and services. Practial part provides analysis of customer satisfaction mediated pursuant of questionnaire. The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to valorize theoretical knowledge together with practical analysis and define proposals to ensure pernament progress and stability.

This Bachelor thesis analyzes the debt recovery in the company MERCI, Ltd. The theoretical part of thesis deals with not only recovery of debt, but also the reasons behind debt occurence, therefore the creation, debt security and termination debt. Finnaly, it recommended an effectvie way of recovery and proposed preventive measures against the occurrence of overdue debts.

Economic Development of Companies Financed by Venture Capital

This diploma work occupies with the economical evolution of chosen companies, financed by venture capital. The theoretical part will be focused on the problems, bearing on venture capital and on the financial analysis, the evolution of the companies will be reviewed according this. There will be the chosen companies and the results of their financial analysis presented in the analytical part of the diploma work, and thus one year before the investor's entry, in the time of the coexistence and three years after the investor's withdrawal. The evolution by the chosen indicators will be overall compared and the recommended solutions will be presented in the final part of the diploma work.
