Concentration of atomic hydrogen measured in a heated atomizer by two-photon absorption laser-induced fluorescence
Dvořák, P. ; Talába, M. ; Dědina, Jiří ; Kratzer, Jan ; Obrusník, A.
Concentration of free hydrogen atoms was measured by the two-photon absorption laser-induced fluoresence (TALIF) in an externally heated atomizer in a mixture of argon, hydrogen and oxygen at atmospheric pressure. The atomic hydrogen concentration in the order 10^22 m^-3 was found in the region around the flame.
Extraction of selected mercury compounds for speciation analysis by RP-HPLC-UV-CVG-QTAAS
Kolorosová, A. ; Linhart, O. ; Kratzer, Jan ; Červený, V.
Extraction of selected mercury compounds (Hg+II, methylmercury, ethylmercury and phenylmercury) is studied using fish tissue samples. HPLC is employed for speciation, whereas UV-photochemical cold vapor generation coupled to atomic absorption is used for detection.

Musil, Stanislav ; Arslan, Y. ; Kratzer, Jan ; Vobecký, Miloslav ; Benada, Oldřich ; Matoušek, Tomáš ; Rychlovský, P. ; Ataman, O. Y. ; Dědina, Jiří
The main objective was to assess the generation efficiency in the optimized method of chemical vapor generation of gold by means of 198,199Au radioindicator. We also intended to characterize the volatile Au species formed by tetrahydroborate reduction.
Chemické generování těkavých sloučenin stříbra pro potřeby AAS: studie účinnosti transportu pomocí radioizotopu .sup.111./sup.Ag a in-situ kolekce na křemenném povrchu
Musil, Stanislav ; Kratzer, Jan ; Vobecký, Miloslav ; Matoušek, Tomáš
The method of chemical vapour generation of silver by means of sodium tetrahydroborate was futher developed in order to minimize transport losses. The possibility of collection of volatile silver species directly in the atomizer is presented.
Kryogenní záchyt arsenu pro speciační analýzu arsenu technikou hydridového generování s detekcí atomovou absorpční spektrometrií
Svoboda, Milan ; Kratzer, Jan ; Vobecký, Miloslav ; Rychlovský, P. ; Dědina, Jiří
The general aim of this work was to contribute to further improvement of the method for complete speciation analysis of trivalent and pentavalent human metabolites of arsenic in complex biological matrices. The main target of this work was to investigate processes during the cryotrapping procedure and find optimum conditions.
A method of silver chemical vapour generation as a sample introduction technique for analytical atomic spectrometry is presented. Optimization of reaction and atomization parametrs was carried out and the efficiency of the chemical vapour generation was studied by means of radiotracer experiments.
Záchyt hydridů As a Se na křemenném povrchu - krok směrem k in-situ prekoncentraci v křemenných atomizátorech s detekcí AAS
Kratzer, Jan ; Dědina, Jiří ; Rychlovský, P.
An optimization study of arsine and selenum hydride preconcentration at the quartz surface is presented. A novel apparatus design consisting of a quartz trap integrated with a quartz multiatomizer is described.
Proč by měl použít analytický chemik ke stanovení AAS zakoncentrování hydridu na křemenném povrchu
Kratzer, Jan ; Dědina, Jiří ; Rychlovský, P.
An evaluation of extremely simple method for antimony and bismuth preconcentration based on the novel experimental approach, in-situ trapping of stibine and bismuthine in externally heated quartz tube atomizers, is presented.
Voltammetric Determination of Cytostatic Using Silver Solid Amalgam Electrode
Barek, J. ; Fischer, J. ; Konečná, B. ; Kratzer, J. ; Hrušková, M. ; Navrátil, Tomáš ; Novotný, Ladislav ; Josypčuk, Bohdan ; Zima, J.
Modern polarographic and voltammetric methods at mercury meniscus-modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE) were proved to be suitable for the determination of a number of polarographically active cytostatic drugs. The voltammetric determination of 6-mercaptupurine (6-MP), 6-thioguanine (6-TG), Mitoxantrone (MX, CAS No.: 65271-80-9, CAS. Name: 1,4-Dihydroxy-5,8-bis[{2-[(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]ethyl}amino]-9,10-anthracenedione), and Doxorubicin (DR, CAS No.: 23214-92-8, CAS Name: (8S-cis)-10-[(3-Amino-2,3,6-trideoxy--L-lyxohexapyranosyl)oxy] - 7, 8, 9, 10 - tetrahydro-6, 8, 11-trihydroxy-8-(hydroxyacetyl)-1-methoxy-5,12-naphtacenedione) were studied.
New approach to stibine preconcentration: trapping of stibane on quartz surface with subsequent AAS determination
Kratzer, Jan ; Dědina, Jiří ; Rychlovský, P.
A new method of determination of trace stibine concentrations was developed. It enables, after 5 min. preconcentration, determination of samples with concentrations of tens of pg.ml-1.
