Design of electrical travel of reaper`s drive unit

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of electrical travel for universal mowing machine, which will be controlled remotely. Designed travel has independent wheel drive, the maximum speed of 10 km per hour and can be used in the terrain with a slope of 30°. The thesis deals with the determination the parameters of the travel, design of the possible electrical drive units and design with respect to the stability of the device. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of the travel and describes particular parts of the travel.

Design of plastic part of PDA holder

This bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the design and manufacture of prototype car holder for PDA ASUS A730. Production of plastic parts is carried out by vacuum casting. Retrieval section describes the construction and problems with application of particular parts holders. In the construction part is solved the holder design, selection of optimal alternative and manufacture of the holder itself.

Special bearing types and its application

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to provide a search analysis of special bearing types. This work is focused especially to magnetic and air bearings, which are the most available and used special bearings. Both of these types are contactless, from which follows a big part their benefits. In this thesis there are introduced and explained the principles and design solutions of the most frequently used types of magnetic and air bearings. At the conclusion there are written up advantages and possible uses of these bearings.

Digitizing of exhaust piping

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities and practical use of 3D scanning systems for engineering. The work includes the distribution of basic facilities for 3D digitizing, and their basic properties. The aim of this work is familiar with the procedure in reverse engineering, which is demonstrated on a specific example, the digitization of the exhaust pipe, using the 3D scanner Atos I and CAD system CATIA.

Possibilities of loading contact at tribological simulator.

In this bachelor thesis were discussed different possibilities of loading used by significant authors during the second half of the twentieth century in experimental studies of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication. Loading by weight through disc, weight through ball, spring, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrodynamic, and through the ball shaft has been described. Advantages and disadvantages of the loading possibilities were discussed along with their eventual application on the experimental apparatus situated at the Institute of Machine Design, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology.

Digitizing of human tissues

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to build up a compact overwiew of recent development in medical visual methods, which allow making three-dimensional geometric datas and overwiew of scanning methods outside geometry surface of human body with next digitalizing. There are describing principles of each ones visual methods, their possible advantages, disadvantages, which outputing forms we receive. In next part of this thesis there are describing possibilities of processing acquired datas for making 3D geometry models. Work is completing with appreciation of obtained knowledges and definition of trends future development.

Optical digitizing systems

This thesis describes various optical systems which are used in reverse engineering and have to present basic review of systems for digitalization with main focus on optical scanners. At first, the brief summary of development in 3D scanner field is presented. In next part of the work are introduced basic techniques of getting the third dimension. Work also divides 3D scanners by the different aspects. At the end of the work, the possible use of 3D scanners is discussed.

Design of injection mould for plastic component of spinning machine

Bachelor’s labour is concerned about present knowledge with injection moulding in first chapter, focused on machines forms, kinds of moulding materials. It also deals with technology of holding form temperature. In second chapter it engages with analysis and problem definition. Third part limits objectives of fourth part, form construction. There are single parts of moulding form closely described. Last chapter estimates construction based on it’s realization.
