Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals to its Improvement

The purpose of bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate financial health of a firm Zetor Tractors a.s. between years 2011 - 2015. Thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is theoretical, describing use of selected indicators and the second one is practical, focused on processing of chosen indicators in financial analysis of the firm. Based on its outcomes optimalized measures were designed in order to improve the situation in the firm for the future.

Identification and evaluation of customer preferences for selected product

Finding customer preferences when deciding about buying a tractor in the 201-300 horsepower category. Attributes will be gained through questionnaire survey, and will be used in the QFD method, where there will also be comparison of major competitors in a given market segment. The evaluation of tractors will also include the voice of the customer, gained from KANO model. KANO model will be second survey that will be used in this thesis. The conclusion is to build an ideal tractor structure that matches the customer's wishes.

Proposal of Improving a Company's Marketing Strategy

The bachelor thesis deals with an improving proposal of company’s marketing strategy. Thesis contains analysis of company’s internal and external surroundings as well as an end customer survey. The proposal based on analysis and survey is developed to improve current marketing strategy.
