The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts and focuses on the forms of possible financing of fixed assets of the company. The first part describes the theoretical background of the whole thesis. In the next, analytical part, an introduction and analysis of the selected company is made. The design part focuses on the selection of the most suitable financing option for the investment.

The bachelor’s thesis is focuses on the topic of the appropriate choice of financing business activities in the selected company. The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to choose a financing option for the reconstruction of the described cafe. Sub-goals are reconstruction of the bulding, renovation of the interior spaces and change of operational information. The theoretical part describes the necessary information about financing and various situations for analysis in the business. In the practical part, I will use the knowledge from the theoretical part, where i describe the best ways to perform analyzes in the enterprise.

The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of financing development projects. The first part of this thesis defines the basic concepts necessary for understanding the general issues of project financing. Furthermore, an analysis of the current state of the real estate market is conducted. The key part of this thesis is the design section, where all the knowledge gained during the writing of this thesis is applied to a specific model development project.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the choice of a suitable method of financing business activities. In my work, I focused on financing in a selected company that operates in small and medium-sized businesses. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on defining the basic theoretical starting points of the examined issue. In the introduction, it provides a basic definition of entrepreneurship, followed by a comprehensive definition of the area of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, and finally a description of the basic forms of financing used in this business. The second chapter of the thesis has a practical character and deals with selected forms of financing.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the measurement and evaluation of the performance of company JRC Czech a.s. between years 2017-2021. The thesis is split into three main parts. The first part contains an introduction to the performance measurement and the characteristics of individual methods of financial analysis as a way of its measurement. The second part deals with the actual measurement and evaluation of the financial situation, including comparison with industry averages. The third part describes proposals that, if implemented, should help to improve the current situation.

Developement Project Financing

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of financing development projects. In the first part of the thesis I present the theoretical background, the definition of basic concepts related to development activities and the possibilities of economic evaluation of projects. I also describe the development process as a comprehensive chain of business plans for construction and subsequent sale or lease of real estate. Subsequently, I analyze the current state of the real estate market and the development of development projects. In the last part I apply theoretical knowledge to the financing of a specific development project and assess the results of two financing structures of the project.

Measuring and Evaluating Company Performance Using Comparison between Companies

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the financial performance of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and comparing it with the competitor LUNA PLAST a.s.The comparsion between these two companies is made in the period from 2018 to 2020 and then the improvement proposal is submitted. The work is divided into three parts. In the first one, theoretical, are defined concepts and the indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, values were calculated by using individuals indicators which were mentioned in the previous part. The final part presents the recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company HANZA SPORT plus s.r.o. in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. In the first part I deal with the theoretical part and the description of indicators. The next chapter describes the company and theoretical indicators are used in practice. These results are then further commented. The last part deals with proposals to improve the financial situation of the company depending on the results of financial analysis.

Analytic part contains analysis present condition of the company. Practical part is focusing on proposals to improve current situation of the company TM Stav, spol. s.r.o.
