Analysis of the Selected Firm

This bachelor’s thesis presents a picture of a selected firm by applying SWOT and SLEPTE analysis and Porter´s Five Forces analysis. Next follows an analysis of the financial statements over the past three accounting periods which shows the financial situation of the selected firm. On the basis of the results of all the analyses, the author suggests some recommendations to improve the contemporary situation of the firm.

The main topic of this bachelor´s thesis is about choosing the marketing strategy for FITKO ABC company. The thesis is divided into the parts. First part introduces the theoretical solutions. In the second part the daily records and evaluation of the survey, which was the basis for a SWOT analysis and brand building strategy, was done. Proposed solutions were based on the collected data and analysis.

This bachelor´s thesis talks about looking for places and reserves where the middle-sized manufacturing company could reduce the costs and at the same time could ensure the growht of productivity. It is focusing on an overall review of the firm standing, on different kinds of analysis and definition of strong and weak points of production company. The work includes proposals of possible solutions which should result in the improvement of the identified situation of the firm in future years.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evalution of the financial situation of selected company The Candy Plus in the monitored period 2015-2019 using selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains the main objective and the metodology according to which the objective will be achieved. The second part serves to explain the theoretical basis of the thesis, which are further used in the practical part. The third part contains bacis information about the company and the analysis of the company. The last part of the thesis presents proposals to improve the financial situation of the company in upcoming years.
