Marketing plan of event agency

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of the marketing plan of the new event agency. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are presented the foundation of marketing plan issues, parts of the marketing plan, its creation, goals setting, marketing mix, budget, action plan and control of marketing plan. A separate chapter deals with event marketing. In the practical part situational analysis and marketing research are implemented and then marketing objectives, strategy and marketing mix of the agency are determined, based on synthesis of its results. Finally, the budget, the action plan and the control of the implementation of the marketing plan are presented.
Evaluating financial performance of GEFOS Company

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the company GEFOS, Inc. The aim is to evaluate the financial performance and impact of the original recommendations, which the company has applied, from the previous bachelor thesis. Based on the findings, a successive financial development will be assessed together with further possible measures for economic growth of the company. The first part contains theoretical knowledge of the apparatus of a financial analysis and selected methods and analysis of macro environment. In the second part, which is based on the stated goal, the gained expertise is used in practice. The work also contains, based on the results of the analysis, a sectoral comparison that helps to illustrate the overall financial situation of the selected company.
Implementation of lean management techniques in selected company

The bachelor thesis deals with philosophy of lean management, its methods and tools used in implementation in a company. The theoretical part includes the history of lean management and personalities involved in the development of this technique. It also presents the Toyota Production System and other techniques adopted by companies to prevent waste and increase productivity. These are mainly kaizen and 5S. The knowledge of the techniques described in the theoretical part is used in the elaboration of the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the chosen company I analyse the current status of the workplace and then implement lean management methods to increase the efficiency of the production process and overall company productivity.
Green management as the current trend in accommodation services

The purpose of this work is to analyze the issue of Green Management and to carry out research on the accommodation used by Green management and to find out how customers perceive this accommodation. OASA Autocamp was selected for research in this work. Research explores how customers perceive this accommodation and how satisfied they are with it. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, Green management is analyzed as such and briefly explained the procedures of marketing research. The practical part is focused on the research itself, where the goal of the thesis and its research questions are defined and the results of the whole research and its interpretation are presented. In conclusion, the recommendations are based on the results of the research.
Marketing Strategy of Expensa Company

The theme of this thesis is the marketing strategy of Expensa company. Expensa joint-stock company provides a unique managing and controlling system for company cash expenditures. This system includes Expensa company payment cards.The aim of this thesis is to (based on current situation) raise potential clients awareness of Expensa company by proposing a partial improvement of marketing strategy. Proposal of new segment which will help Expensa to increase higher market share and competitive ability is the specific output. Theoretical section describes marketing strategies, elements of the marketing mix, forms of situation analysis and three stages of STP strategy. The practical section reflects the theoretical composition.The presented thesis also contains a survey focused on current clients and their perception of marketing communication. The outcome emerging from the analysis is a good source for making a marketing strategy improvement in the future.
Ranking of financial performance of companies ranking of '100 Most Significant Companies in the Czech Republic'

The diploma thesis deals with ranking of financial performance ranking of companies in period from 2011 to 2015. The main goal is to propose ones own ranking, which compares companies on the basis of indicators of financial analysis. Ranking contains seven models and indicators, which comprehensively evaluates important economical spheres of company and its environment. Signatures of assessment are given bankrupt and solvency models, absolute and relative economic value added, net present value. Partial goal is to compile seven independent rankings, which with the help of method of simple sum of ranking and method of distance from fictive object create final propose of ranking.
Marketing Strategy of Unicorn Company

The goal of the master thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for company Uni-corn a.s. based on marketing situation analysis. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the concept of marketing and marke-ting management are discussed and the perception of marketing mix is described. It presents further methodology for the practical part. The practical part contains situation analysis in which the study of outer and inner enterprise environment is presented. The result is a basis for SWOT analysis a furthermore composition of EFE and IFE matrix. Next, the suggestions for tactical targets are determined through the marketing mix. In conclusion a proposition of marketing strategy is presented which is founded not only on situation analysis but also on review study of contemporary company marketing tools.

Thesis "Financial analysis firm Hotel, Ltd." is aimed at assessing the financial situation of the company for the period 2012-2015 on the basis of basic information about the company and the data from the financial statements. In this work are used basic financial analysis methods such as analysis of absolute, differential and ratios. At the end of the practical part are then applied a comprehensive evaluation methods aimed at using one number to comprehensively to characterize the financial situation of the company. The aim of this work is to describe the resulting value analysis, to assess the development results achieved over time and compare them with average values in the industry.
Financial Analysis and Intercompany Comparison

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Zemědělství Blatná a.s. company by using financial analysis and intercompany comparison methods. The first part explains the elementary concepts related to the topic as well as the selected methods of the financial situation eveluation. I am also mentioning the methods and way of intecompany comparison. The second part describes applying the theoretical knowledge in Zemedělství Blatná a.s. For indicating a better information capability the individual outcomes are compared with the results of Agraspol Předmíř a.s. company and also with Zemědělské obchodní družstvo Němětice company. The conclusion summarizes the individual results and propopes appropriate measures to improve the financial situation of Zemědělství Blatná a.s.
Managerial Decisions in the Changeover from Tax Records to Accounting

The aim is to compare the accounting system and the tax burden on commercial business forms and business individuals. Through interviews with the entrepreneur of the company is analyzed and selected the appropriate form of legal person entrepreneurs. And it is also compared to business individuals . This work deals with income taxes for individuals and legal entities , the benefits and risks of the business as a corporation versus trade business . All calculations are based on real data entrepreneurs who are consider a commercial company . This work help to entrepreneurs obtain similar information about the possibility of transformations and differences between these types of businesses .
