Marketing communication of the Grand Prix Brno in modern gymnastics

Title: Marketing communication of Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a plan to improve the promotion of the Grand Prix Brno competition in rhythmic gymnastic, focusing on the use of social networks, based on the analysis of the marketing communication of the competition 2017. This proposal will be shown in detail on a concrete example of Instagram, as currently the most developing a social network. Methods: In order to determine the marketing communication of the competition, the method of document analysis was used in this work. In addition, a descriptive case study was used, the subject of which was the marketing communication of Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic 2017. Results: The marketing communication of the Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic 2017 was described. It was found to communicate mainly through the media, namely television, radio, print, outdoor advertising and the Internet, which do not include targeting the target group. Based on this, a plan for promotion of competition was created on the Instagram social network as the most dynamically developing social network. This proposal can be used by the organizers for the next Grand Prix Brno 2018. Keywords: rhythmic gymnastic, competition, promotion, Instagram

Possibilities and limits of events promoting children sport participation - case study of Sazka Olympic multiple event

Title: Possibilities and limits of events promoting children sport participation - case study of Sazka Olympic multiple event Objectives: The aim of the study work is to evaluate the organization and success rate of the project "Sazka Olympic multiple event". The study analyses the possibilities and limits of the project, and provides recommendations how to improve the project in the following years. Methods: The study is a case study and uses mostly qualitative methods of research. Data collected from interviews and document analyses are then evaluated by the SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the study are proposals and recommendations for organization of "Sazka Olympic multiple event" which promotes children sport participation. The case study revealed both strengths and weaknesses of the project and defined its opportunities and threats. The recommendations may be used for the future realization of the project. The Influence of actual psychical states on performance in rhythmic gymnastics

Title: The Influence of actual psychical states on performance in rhythmic gymnastics Objectives: The aim of the study work is to describe the interdependence of actual psychical states and performance in rhythmic gymnastics. Collected data should bring an overview of the positive and negative influences of psyche to gymnast's competitions performance. Methods: The chosen research is qualitative, because the research sample is small. The research is implemented mainly by structured observation, which is accompanied by a simple questionnaire. During the competitions the research observed previously selected categories of actual psychical states, which were evaluated on a range of five degree. Then the performance was evaluated. Results: The results shown the link between all psychical states and performance and they confirmed, that the psyche is an important factor during every competition. The high anxiety was the key factor, which negatively affected the performance. Also the activity of gymnasts in competition and looking forward to the competition influenced the quality of their routines.
