Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to process patient case histories. Patient was a man born in 1948 after luxation and arthroscopic surgery at the Centre of Physiotherapy Care of the kinesiological appliance in Vysočany Prag 9 Methodology of thesis: The physiotherapeut care of patient passed of during a month specialist continuous practice in the Centre of Physiotherapeutic Care of the kinesiological appliance in Vysočany in Prag 9. The patient passed out eight therapeutic units, he visited an ambulance therapy. The units passed off from 60 to 120 minutes. We used The Therapeutic bed in an ambulance. The practice passed off from 20. 1. 2014 to 14. 2. 2014. In the theoretical part I write about anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of shoulder joint, about indication for arthroscopic operation, types of luxation, special tests and other topics relative to this issue. Results: The serie of therapies was succesful. Range of motion is bigger, general possession, condition are better, hypertrophy of muscles in shoulder region is lower. Key words: Physiotherapy, case study, shoulder joint, arthroscopic surgery

The general part is divided into various sections and subsections that describe the basic anatomical knowledge of the lower leg, ankle and foot. Is outlined here ankle kinesiology and basic biomechanical aspects. Another part of the general part deals with the classification of fractures, their complications and surgical solutions and specifically fractures of the external ankle, possibilities of their treatment and rehabilitation. A special section deals with the case report patient after internal fixation of the external ankle fractures, respectively rehabilitation process during the 4-week work experience in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Vysočany. Koupparis, Christoforos ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; El Ali, Zaher (referee)
Title: Physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with ankle sprain Author: Christoforos Koupparis Location of clinical work placement: C.L.P.A (Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu) Aim The aim is a further understanding of an anterior talofibular ligament sprain. Generally in my thesis you can see how the structure of an ankle joint is and the function of the same joint by a kinesiological and a biomechanical point of view. Furthermore it will be described in details a therapy plan about that diagnosis. Summary My bachelor thesis contains two main parts, the general part and the special part. In the general part I analyze the branches of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics for the ankle joint. In this part you can find also an overview of the ankle sprain and the physiotherapy examinations that need to be done in such situations. On the other hand, the special part is an extended report of my case study. There are included kinesiological examinations (initial-final) and the rehabilitation program that I followed day by day with my patient during my clinical work placement. At the end there are the final results and a conclusion Results The results of my case study were positive and this is deduced from the final outcome of my patient. At an early stage of the rehabilitation program, the patient had...
Exercise programmes for individuals with ESRD treated with dialysis and their effect forquality of life.
El Ali, Zaher ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; Heller, Jan (referee)
Title Exercise programmes for individuals with ESRD treated with dialysis and their effect for quality of life. Objective: To evaluate an effect of regular 6 months intradialytic exercise programmes at functional state and quality of life in patients with ESRD. Methods: 15 patients with ESRD on haemodialysis participated in exercise programme during haemodialysis. Senior Fitness Test (SFT), dynamometry of hands and questionnaire tool SF-36 were used to evaluate physical function and quality of life of the research group before and after 6 month exercise period. Results: Results of output motoric tests and questionnaire tool after exercise intervention were conform with majority of cases or better than the results of input tests. Improvement was recorded for patients, that did exercises regularly. Only in one test we observed statisticaly significant change- in case of women, increased their test performance in 2-minute step test (p<0,04). In case of men there were no statistical significant difference. Statisticaly significance of changes between input and output tests, were evaluated by small number of patients in group. In majority of the results before and after exercise intervention were no statistical significant difference. Summary: Regular exercise programmes realized during hemodialysis can...

The practical part concerns case report of the patient diagnosed with distal radius fracture. Methods: The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with basic knowledge of forearm and hand anatomy, kinesiology of the upper limb, types of distal radius fractures and their treatment. A special part of the bachelor's thesis consists of a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosed with a distal radius fracture. The elaboration of the case study was made during continuous professional practice in CLPA in Prague 9 - Vysočany in the period from 11 January 2021 to 5 February 2021 under the expert guidance of PhDr. El Aliho Zahera Results: During the therapies, the patient's condition gradually improved. There was a significant improvement in the mobility of the left wrist, a reduction in pain and a strengthening of the weakened muscles of the left upper limb. Furthermore, the joint play on the left upper limb was restored, the...
