The project addresses the low energy new build detached house, which will be permanently used for housing. The building is designed as a two-storey house, which is intended to be permanent residents of 4-5 persons. Roofed building with a flat roof is solved by using a bottom discharge reinforced concrete slabs. Load-bearing walls are from Sendvix manufacturer KM - BETA. The ceilings are designed as monolithic. The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.

Hotel in Horská Kvilda

Diploma thesis “The hotel in Horská Kvilda” is elaborated in form of project documentation which includes all requirements of given standards. The object is placed on plat number 195/1 in Horská Kvilda. The character of the object is simple brick building. With it´s height the object corresponds with the build up area. It is three – floor house with partial basement. In the cellar is situated technical background of hotel. In the ground floor there is restaurant and it´s operational foul territory, the staff foul territory and the store rooms. In the second floor there are rooms for guests. In the third floor there are just rooms for guests. The thesis is worked up as complete implementation building plan.

Masonry House

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house‘‘ si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of Polička. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, bathroom, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room, kitchen with dining room and guestroom. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and toilet. The load- Bearing wall in 1NP is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm, on 2NP is made of plasteboard septum. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. The house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 7° made of a covering Bramac max 7.

Block of Flats

The aim of the thesis is new-building design of flat-building in cadastral area of community Čachtice. Building is situated at free estate in the middle of community. Building estate must have new feeder road built. In front of building will be the parking area. The flat-building is detached and four-storied building which has two detached entrance. At first floor is situated office space including kitchen, WC, entrance hall and big office. Remaining floors have six flats. Each flat has 3 rooms and is meant for family of four. Flat includes separate WC, bathroom and engineering room. Each flat has two balcony orientated to east and west. In the flats is kitchen together with living room because of bigger space. Floor in the flats is combination of ceramic tiles and laminated floor. For each flat is reserved storeroom at first floor. In the storeroom is PVC floor. In building is a lift. Flat-building has flat roof. Foundations are from bulk concrete. Project is set up with system POROTHERM. Building has heat cladding. At the building are plastic window and colour is matching with facade. Foothpaths around building are from interlocking pavement. Whole documentation is prepared to realization of building. Drawing documentation is prepared by software AUTOCAD.

This bachelor`s thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of apartment building. Residential house is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Uherské Hradiště on plot number 1458/1. The building has three floors. There is a total of 5 residential units. Total capacity is 14 people. The support system is designed from the system Porotherm. Wooden roofing trusses. The building has a usable area of 428.67 square meters.

The Stories of Podblanicko in the Preschool Education

The content of my bachelor´s thesis is the theoretical and follow-up practical adaptation of the tales of Podblanicko region in a preschool education. In the introduction of my thesis I will shortly introduce you to the essential moments of the Blaník region´s countryside history, but primarily the oral events and characteristics of the village Louňovice pod Blaníkem, which immediately concern chosen topic. Understanding the wider context of this region is necessary for effective and high-quality work with children. Environmental education in the kindergarten is essential and initial in the countryside of the protected area Blaník. It is an everyday part of the life of all local citizens and children. For the life here to be well-rounded, meaningful and culturally advanced, it is necessary to attract an interest in children from an early age and create a healthy relationship to this place. The knowledges and values, which are acquired by the children, are based on their own experiences with the local culture and biotopes. When working with children I bulit on what they already know, what is natural to them, and only then I try to connect with all, even the individuals of this group by learning of experience and adventure pedagogy. The motivation of children to various activities always corresponds with both the traditions of the local cultural society and the tales themselves. The goal of the education of a preschool children is learning the values important for this region. I guide children to their own responsibility of their action considering the countryside or particular biotopes, but also the togetherness with the surrounding. During some educational activities the cooperation with the local societies, associations and organizations is necessary and this is how the non-violent and natural connection of the mentioned organizations and the life in school is going on. The healthy community of people of different age groups and different interests forms this way. They all have one common goal, that is to keep and preserve the local beautiful nature and cultural wealth for the next generations.

This thesis deals with preparation of proposals to the course Forestry for secondary vocational school and also addresses the use of these preparations as study material. Bachelor thesis is designed into the environment Forestry College and Secondary Forestry School Bedrich Schwarzenberg in Pisek, majoring in forestry, where the chosen subject is taught in the third and fourth year. Selected course is crucial for the field of forestry specialist subject. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to analysis methodology, namely agricultural or didactics. forestry subjects and ultimately didactic resources for teaching preparation, organization forms, their teaching-in assay methods and preparation of teaching materials. To handle work were used methods of analysis, synthesis, description and comparison. In the practical part I tried to acquaint the reader with the basic school curricular documents, under which, proposals were made preparations.

Protection of the appellation of origin under Czech Law and international treaties The purpose of this thesis is to present the concept of the appellation of origin under Czech Law, international treaties and also under Community Law. The appellation of origin represents very specific part of the industrial property rights. Contrary to other subjects of industrial property, the appellation of origin has more public aspects. This fact is very important for legal construction of this institute and for its protection. Speciality of the legal regulation of the appellation of origin was one of the reasons, which motivated me to deal with the problems more deeply. The thesis consists of introduction, which is followed by four chapters and the brief conclusion, which closes the whole study. The first chapter focuses on general aspects of the concept of the appellation of origin. Firstly the term "appellation of origin" is defined, analysed and compared with the term "geographical indication" (as the superior term in relation to the term "appellation of origin"). The second part of the first chapter points out the importance of protection of the appellation of origin for producers of relevant products and also for consumers. My disertation work is oriented on a menthod of occupational therapy and its use in working with adullts with intelectual disabilities. In the theoretical partare delimited off basic concepts (fundamental concepts) pertaining people with intelectual disabilities. Additionally in the theoretical part I would like to take in some rudimentary existing information about an occupational therapy. In Additionally part I will audition test Dr. Giinzburg and my own test ADL in client DUSP Tloskov, to map their life and their working (occupationally) activities and effect (influence) working activities increment in quality their of life.
