This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for setting up a solar studio. The thesis consist of several parts – theoretical, analytical and practical. In the theoretical part, the basic term and definitions are described and defined. In the analytical part is analyzed the current situation in the market using theoretical knowledge and the practical part is the whole realization of the business plan itself.

Utilization of Financial Analysis as a Tool for Investment Decisions

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze intently selected financial indicators of joint-stock companies operating in a beverage industry that are listed on the US stock market. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical concepts related to shares, investments, specific methods of a financial analysis and the American stock market. In the practical part an analysis of the ratio indicators will be conducted, followed by a credit and bankruptcy model and concluded with a comparison of the results. Lastly, recommendations for investments into certain companies will be provided.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the strategy of selecting the most suitable shares of European insurance companies in the portfolio of hedge funds. Describes how this approach can be used to compare individual insurers and the portfolio itself. The work ends with a proposal to buy the most suitable shares and a recommendation for what price to buy these shares.

Návrh nových způsobů řízení firemních benefitů

Článek se zabývá analýzou firemních benefitů vybrané společnosti a následně návrhem jejich zefektivnění, a to zejména s ohledem na finanční dlouhodobé benefity. Všeobecně totiž firemní benefity slouží k podpoře zaměstnanců a to né jen ze strany zvýšení finančního ohodnocení za jejich práci a tím i zvýšení jejich motivace k lepším výkonům, ale zejména k psychické či fyzické pohodě v zaměstnání, tak aby jejich zvýšená aktivita byla přirozená a nenucená. Proto je zapotřebí se zaměřit ne jen na odměňování v podobě momentálního využívání a tím i nastartování jich zvýšení okamžité spotřeby, ale spíše na jejich dlouhodobý a setrvalý rozvoj, tak že se bere ohled jednak na jejich současné potřeby, ale především se zabezpečuje jejich tvorba rezerv pro řešení nepředvídatelných situací v budoucnu, případně tvorbě zdrojů pro zlepšení životního stylu v jejich důchodovém věku.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the problem of optimizing the financing of housing. It analyzes the current real estate market and the development of the mortgage market. It also discusses aspects of the reviewing the effectiveness of the financial product. The practical section evaluates the criteria by which people follow in the selection of a financial product, and other factors that affect this decision. It also includes a model example of the chosen mode of financing of housing, which is concluded with the proposal for optimization.

The aim of my Dissertation has been the formulation of proposals for the improvement of funds flowing though the company. The completed work focuses on the specific environment of the Brno based company REWIN BRNO, s.r.o. This work provides the formulation of a detailed model how to archieve the stated aim in the most effective way with the minimum risk of damage to the company´s long-term stability.

This Diploma thesis is focused on elaborating proposal for business plan for the company Get & Invest which consists the assembly model of management of investment real estate. Get & Invest is a young company focused on real estate and construction, financing. Among other things, for exapmle, provides legal services. In this thesis, I will deal with all aspects that are directly related to business plan. This is an analysis of the market, customers, suppliers and competitors. I also determine the price for rendered services. The objective of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive model of management of investment real estate. This model will include both the costs associated with the operation of these properties, as well as their economic evaluation in time.
