The aim of master thesis is to design of time, financial, material and human resources. The thesis contains calculation, time schedule, building-site, technologicals standards, controls and trials plans, design of mechanism, study of realization of the main stages. The thesis is prepared on the basis of project documents provided by the investor with the approval of the design office.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with deep foundation biotechnological pavilion M Mendel university Brno. This new building will have 2 floors underterrain and 2 aboveterrain. Object M consists of 2 independent construction parts connected by the hall. Bachelor´s thesis deals with: deep foundation based on large diameter concrete piles, drilling, soil compacting and little excavation works, concrete foundation slab. The bachelor´s thesis also deals with construction zone equipment, time schedule, site plan – building situation with wide transport relations, itemized budget, machinery for foundation construction, schedule of exams and controls of deep foundation and at least safety and health protection at work.

The Multifunctional Center of the Village Sušice, Gross Upper Structure

This bachelor thesis is focused on the construction technology project of the gross upper superstructure of an apartment building in the village Šumice. It is a three-storey brick building with monolithic ceiling structures. The building is roofed with a shed roof with wooden construction. The thesis contains a technical report, broader transport routes, bill of quantities, technological procedures of construction, construction schedule technical report of construction site equipment, design of machine assembly, control and test plan, safety of work, and and comparinson of different materials of the cladding.

Extension of the sports centre in Slopné, technological stage of roofing

The bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of the roofing of the sports centre extension in the village of Slopné. It is the construction of a multi-purpose building, which extends the capacity of the existing community centre. The extension consists of ground floor parts and a main hall/gymnasium with multifunctional use. The content of the work includes a technical report for the roofing, a solution for the transport of materials, a technological regulation for the assembly work of the roofing of the hall, an itemized budget for the roofing and a timetable for the specified technological stage, an inspection and testing plan and a solution for occupational safety in the process.

Construction technological project of the selected building

The goal of my diploma thesis is to process selected parts of the construction tech-nology project of the polyclinic Lanskroun. It is a new building that will have one partial underground floor, three aboveground floors and an attic. The work consists of several chapters in which can be found a technical report to the construction technology project, the coordination situation of the construction with solution of traffic signage, time and financial plan of the objects and their calculation according to THU, study of main technological stages, construction site equipment, design of main construction machinery with their deployment, time schedule of the main bui-lding construction, itemized budget. Also, the technological regulations, quality con-trol and testing plan for monolithic structures.
