The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulation are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main object, object time and financial plan and budget of main building are also solved. An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.

The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Apartment building Barandov - selected parts of the construction technology plan

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological preparation of selected parts of the new Barrandov apartment building in Prague. The thesis includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a coordination situation of the construction with regard to transportation routes and a proposal for the supply of the construction, an object-based time and financial plan for the construction. It also includes a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the construction project, a project for the construction site equipment with drawings and a technical report, a proposal for main construction machinery and mechanisms with dimensioning, placement, transportation to the construction site, reach, time deployment and energy consumption, and occupational health and safety. It also includes a time schedule for the main construction project and a plan for securing material resources for rough construction. The technological procedures are focused on the realization of pilotage and contact insulation systems, as well as quality control and testing plans for these procedures. In addition, the thesis also deals with the balancing of workers and the assessment of the main lifting mechanism.
