This master´s thesis deals with proposal of logistic concept od company with its integration. There are analyzed various theoretical basis for cognition and analyzing the problems of the current situation. The analytical part is examined progress of orders and manufacturing processes. The aim of this thesis is to find the weakest points in these processes and propose measures for improving the logistics concepts and thereby upgrade the future value of the business.

The production process optimizing using methods of industrial engineering

The thesis developed in the field of study Electrical Manufacturing and Management is aimed at optimizing and streamlining of production plastics vacuum forming plastics technology rolled in a particular company. The theoretical part focused on the description of the principles of industrial engineering and survey methods that are fundamentals of lean manufacturing or the Toyota production system. The larger part is devoted to methods of 5S and SMED. The practical part of the optimization steps are designed to ensure increased production, balanced production and increase quality, which are based primarily on methods of 5S and SMED. To complement the work given the changes in production processes resulting from other methods of industrial engineering. Several proposals have been practically applied in the production are assessed and their benefits.

This bachelor thesis describes the design and manufacture of spare part „a ratchet wheel“ for piece production. Thesis contains analysis of technogical original part, construction design of spare part and machining methods for its production, technological process of production and experimental verification of the production of 3 pieces on conventional machine tools.

Business plan of a small manufacturing enterprise

This bachelor thesis deals with the business plan of a small manufacturing enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part gives principles of drawing up a business plan. The theoretical findings are further used to compose the practical part whose main aim is to put together a quality business plan for an existing glassworks enterprise. The work closes with the final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to a further development of the small enterprise.
